We decided to go there for dinner at 6:30 on a Friday evening. It was a huge mistake. There was a sign on the door that said they were low on staff so you had to order everything from a kiosk. We thought maybe they were getting ready to close because the entire area where you get your drinks they were transferring drinks into these big buckets so you couldn’t even get to the area. They were pouring the tea and lemonade containers into big containers I guess to save them. Everything looked dirty and messy. It was just disgusting and should not have been done while the store was open. So we ask if they were getting ready to close and they said they did not even close until 9 o’clock. So I’m not sure why they were doing all that with people in the store but OK. We both ordered the half a sandwich and soup. They were out of bread bowls, which we wanted they were out of asiago bagels, which we had also wanted, but OK. When we got our food that was pretty much when we decided we would never return to Panera. I ordered a turkey bacon bravo with black bean soup. He ordered the chicken pesto sandwich with French onion soup. The turkey bacon bravo sandwich was horrible. As you can see from the photos that is the amount of bacon that comes on a turkey bacon bravo. The black bean soup was a joke. There were no beans in it whatsoever. It was broth. The french onion soup had no cheese over the top as it should. Both of the sandwiches were just thrown together with barely any sauce on them. It was ridiculous. If we had gotten it for free, it would’ve still been ridiculous but the fact we paid $25 was just messed up. The only redeeming quality of the entire visit is the one girl cleaning up behind the counter that was very nice. Without a doubt, we will never return to the store again but in an all honesty probably never go to another Panera. Which really sucks because we like Panera, but this is the third time we’ve gone to a Panera in the past few months and each time it was bad but this visit was the end for us.

Absolutely unacceptable experience at the Panera drive-thru. I was handed soup in a bad, open, and soaked bag, and it immediately spilled all over me, soaking my coat and clothes. This should never happen, especially with hot soup.
What made it worse was the manager’s response. She showed zero concern, didn’t apologize, and literally just stared at me while the issue happened. Meanwhile, several young employees were playing around instead of paying attention to customers and food safety.
When I asked for a business card so I could follow up, I was told they don’t have any, which felt dismissive and unprofessional.
Between the lack of care, poor packaging, and complete indifference from management, I will not be returning. Very disappointed

Never had an issue until today. I got a caprese sandwich and it was inedible due to being soggy from too much vinegar. Nasty. And my soup was ice cold. It was slapped together with no care or regard and it was bad quality.
This will be the last time I order from this location. I was ordering lunch at work after forgetting my lunch at home this morning and I really did not need you to take my money and give me a lunch I can’t eat. Delivery was fast and that was the only nice thing.

Checking out and ordering the food was fine and all. The one star is from then on. Two chicken ceaser salads with one bag of chips and one baguette with butter took about 25 minutes to show up on the counter. The name that was provided for the order was not called. I was watching from a table. They just plopped it down and said nothing. Then I went to go get it. Sat down. Pick up my chips to open them and the bag is empty. Didn’t even have to open them to know that. I go back for an exchange. That nice woman actually apologized…you’ll see why I say this in a sec. And I appreciate her for that. I go back to the table. My guest says they do not have butter and both mine and my guest’s salads did not have any chicken in them either. I go back, show my receipt and ask for chicken. The man, who was dressed in business like attire (so assuming the manager) grabbed my plates, went and got the chicken to put on the salads, and plops the plates back down. I say, “Thank you.” He says, “UhHuh.” And walks away. No apology. Nothing. Then the whole time we were eating my guest was worried the plates from the over-pile of the trash bin behind where I was sitting were going to fall on me. Non of the plates and bowls were cleared or removed the whole time we were there. About an hour and a half. The food was good, but the service and atmosphere was horrible.

For well over a year, this was my favorite Panera in the area. Several managers have left and it is now, almost always a bad experience. Today was the worst. Thinking about trying another location, however, the quality of the bagels has deteriorated. May be looking for a new breakfast place completely.

I ordered ahead on the app and picked up my order in the drive-through. It’s was ready when it said it would be, the food was hot and fresh. Service was great, the staff was friendly. My daughter was craving a bread bowl so we both got the French onion soup. It was so yummy..

I ordered a half greek salad and I asked for extra olives and extra dressing. I get this salad at least a couple times per week from a different location. And I have never had problems. But today I got a quarter of a salad. It wasn’t even filled in the container. There was no extra olives and it was probably one of the worst nine dollar salads I have ever bought. So disappointing. I’ll never go to this Panera again.

Was unable to place my order in the drive thru. Was told the drive thru was now only for mobile orders. There is no sign to when you enter the drive thru line to indicate “mobile orders only”. At the time there were no cars ahead of me, no cars behind me. I left and purchased my iced tea at a different establishment.

Ordered a bacon egg and cheese sandwich in the Drive-Thru. First of all with only one car in front of me I waited 10 minutes. Then when I get to work with my sandwich and open it up my bacon is burnt to a crisp and it smelled burnt. When I pay $7 for a sandwich I fully expected to be edible. And the person cooking it had to have known that that was not okay to give to a customer.
