According to Google Maps, this location was billed as “counter serve,” but the appellation “drive thru” on the marquee is more appropriate, as there was no one at the counter to take my order; rather, the expectation seems to be to place your order at the kiosk. The dine-in option for a cappuccino came in a paper cup instead of ceramic. As far as cappuccinos go, it was decent, I suppose, if not a little on the too hot side.

Stopped in on a Saturday morning. The place was empty. The dining area was not only literally extremely cold (probably 68deg), the atmosphere/ambience is extremely cold and unwelcoming. It feels like a government employee cafeteria. I ordered this chocolate cheesecake muffin bite for $2. What a rip off! Its diameter is that of a house key. The taste was just “ok”. I’d rather go to the local gas station and buy a full sized donut or muffin for the same price, and a better taste. Panera, the prices across the board do not match with the food being sold. It’s just not that good to justify inflated price points.

Seems like the Panera Step Child. Not the same atmosphere or food quality. Not very clean and workers too busy talking to wipe table. Needs some work!

Drive thru service was good, however the food was not. Everything I ordered seemed off. I ordered the green goddess avocado toast and it had moldy feta cheese on it. Right on top! They had to have noticed and still gave it to me. The Asiago bagels were weirdly shaped and had a funky smell. Even the DR PEPPER I ordered tasted like perfume and was the first thing I noticed. I won’t be back.

I’m extremely disappointed in my experience at this Panera location. For $16, I expected a quality meal, but what I got felt more like a slapdash hospital cafeteria setup. My soup was served cold and separated, and instead of being presented with a proper plate, I was handed a bare hospital-style tray. The bread bowl? Completely disassembled, as if I was expected to construct my own meal.

For a restaurant that prides itself on quality and comfort, this was anything but. Panera is expensive for what it is, and at the very least, the food and presentation should reflect that price. Save your money and go somewhere else. If I wasn’t absolutely starving the soup would’ve gone in the trash. I pray I don’t have food poisoning after this.

This is a small location. Don’t see all of the breads and other baked goods when you walk in. The food is still good, though. My picky daughter even enjoyed the Mac and Cheese. The autumn squash soup in a bread bowl was phenomenal. I’m just missing some of the atmosphere in this location.

I came through the drive thru at about 7pm which I wasn’t sure was still open but they still took my order. I wanted a chicken avocado BLT sandwich but they must have misheard me and they input a chicken avocado ranch melt. A hot sandwich which I don’t really like hence why I didn’t order it. I didn’t catch it on the receipt cause it was dark in my car and even if I did I would have just taken the loss and tried it out. In the future cashiers taking orders should read their order back before going through so they don’t have a dissapointing experience like I did. The workers were very polite it was just a miscommunication with the sandwich that was really lame and I feel I wasted money here because they couldn’t take my order properly.

I ordered a large iced hazelnut latte with vanilla syrup and milk (through delivery) and this is what they delivered. There was ZERO coffee in this. It was literally water and milk. When I called, the employee said he “watched it as it was being made.” Lattes are light brown….not milk white. I ended up having to add my own coffee since I was at work and couldn’t bring it back up to show them since he obviously didn’t believe me. And he begrudgingly gave me my refund.

Many times they don’t add cheese in onion soup and bagets are getting too small. Portions are getting smaller. It’s a shame. This restaurant use to be good place to eat.

For the love of everything good in this world, will you please serve butter that you can spread? It’s not necessary to keep butter, ice cold!! in fact, it doesn’t need to be refrigerated at all!!!! Please have mercy Panera Bread and stop this practice!!!!
