employees haven’t even been at window in 10 minutes, horrible service been here for at least 25 minutes could have sat down and ate somewhere. I ordered 2 sandwiches that was it.

Panera quality has declined over the last few years. Prices continue to go up and portions get smaller and smaller.. $30 for pick 2 with 2 small drinks and the sandwich had 4 small slivers of chicken and Greek salad just tasted like oil…maybe they didn’t shake the dressing so I had to ask for another.

Panera used to be an upscale feel with great food and service. This location has none of that. They were only taking orders through the kiosk which slowed everything down. They were out of avocado which meant half of their sandwiches were not available. The bread on my sandwich was not as fresh as it should have been and tasted like something I’d find in a convenience store. The soup wasn’t bad but nothing special.
The tables were almost all dirty and there was trash on the floor. The restrooms were filthy which my wife mentioned as well.
It was too cold for anyone to dine outside, yet rhe outside trash receptacles were overflowing. Clearly hadn’t been emptied in some time.
I’m sorry we chose to eat there and we certainly won’t be back.

Twice now I have ordered through the app, gone to pick it up (I do drive thru because of a bad knee) only to be told at window they are are out of what I ordered. Their inventory tracker or whatever you call it does not work. What I learned is they will give your food away to walk ins first. I’ll try the one on K next and if same issue McAllister’s will be in my future.

I ordered 3 cinnamon crunch bagels today. When I got them home before I opened the bag my wife said I should not have bought them because they changed the way they are made, she had bought one a few days before. I looked at them and there was very little cinnamon on top I then cut into it and it was doughy, I tasted it and honestly the bagel tasted horrible. It is said when a company screws their loyal customers to save a dollar.

Patti will scream at you for no reason. I asked a simple question quietly to her co worker standing by the baked goods about a bakery item and she started loudly screaming at me and publicly embarrassed me resulting in me starting off my morning in tears. I walked out without saying anything and will not be back. I was getting ready to make a large purchase for a group and she instantly caused Panera to forever lose my business. I have been a loyal customer to Panera since 2010 and to this particular location since 2019. I notified corporate immediately but I felt as though this appaling interaction required a public review.

The Lake St. Louis Panera consistently has the slowest service. The management team needs to significantly work on training and processes. I would recommend corporate visit and review processes to ensure they are aligned with company standards.

Hi there, I should have known my food would be awful by the smell of the restaurant upon entrance. I got my food by rapid pick up. I got home, the salad was small and dainty but still good. I also ordered the steak with white cheddar sandwich, which was burnt and disgusting. I will not be going back to this location any time soon.

Went here over Christmas with our grandchildren. Messed up the order at the kiosk. Manager was extremely gracious and helpful in correcting mistake. Food was very good.
