Cashier forgot to change the bread I had asked for on the sandwich. However the line cooks were accommodating and nice about the switch. The large cups didn’t have lids that fit properly. After going through 3 lids with another customer, I asked the counter people. They knew about the problem and had no viable solution. ♀️. The sandwich and soup were good . The bathroom was ok, no towels. A kind employee, who was in there with me, found some and tore it off for me.

I was from out of town looking for a place to have some clean food. After my long drive to Missouri. I was fortunate enough to find a Panera I was surprised to see the kiosk but they were a very efficient way to order your food. The cashiers were friendly and my food came up perfect and very quickly. The restaurant atmosphere was great, the tables did need to be cleaned off though. Other than that everything was great!

I ordered a breakfast sandwich and coffee for delivery and even tipped well but they made the sandwich with rotten avocado so I had to take it off and my coffee never showed up. It took 40 minutes just to have the coffee re delivered. They gave me store credit for it instead of a refund so in order to redeliver it I had to pay a dollar more even after the store credit to get it delivered.

Ordered a faccaccia round and I think I might have got one from yesterday. It was still good, but didn’t seem as fresh as what I usually get at other stores. IF they did, I understand the importance of mitigating waist and maximizing profit while also minimizing the number of times you have to tell a customer that something is out of stock. IF it’s from today… I don’t know. Maybe next time.

We had a great lunch! The food was prepared perfectly, and everything was really tasty. We had French onion soup, chicken chipotle avocado sandwich, chicken frontega sandwich, Southwest chicken chipotle salad, kitchen sink cookie, chocolate covered croissant. All terrific!

They were out of lettuce! So no salads at all… and not just lettuce. They were also out of red onions, tomato, focaccia, spoons. This made ordering an absolutely nightmare. I finally asked for whatever sandwich and soup they could make.

I think overall, this is a decent location. I was greeted by a row of order kiosks. I was initially turned off by this because it took the human interaction that you’d normal get. But I tried it just to see if I could do it.
