Firstly, Learned a few things about the history and origin of Panera Bread. Secondly, this was possibly the worst French Baguette I’ve ever seen. Just that little corner was somehow hard and chewy simultaneously but the Harvest Medley salad was a pretty good toss up for ingredients and felt light and fresh. The service was okay but I used the kiosk at the entry way to order and when looking for a placard for my table opened the door underneath and ultimately pulled the entire false droor face off the cabinet.

I am a Sip Club member and work all over the St. Louis area so I frequently Visit multiple bread company locations a week. This week I visited the Lindbergh and 55 location twice. The first time I was greeted by a friendly attentive young lady whom fulfilled my specific request with care and kindness. She went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of. The second time I was happy to hear a familiar voice when I saw Lala at the window. Again, she had the brightest smile on her face, ready for a good day. Keeping the line moving fast, with new orders and rapid pickup- I was very impressed at the speed of service. This will be my go to location even if it means going out of my way. I hope she is used as an example for her peers and is often rewarded for her enthusiastic personality at her job (:

Good as always. Helpful and friendly staff, clean, not a very long wait. Only “issue” was our bread for our sandwiches came out a bit too toasty. Burnt and hard in several places. But not worth sending back or pitching about. Was still tasty .

Went to Panera for a specific item twice they didn’t have the correct bread or so they say. They were only taking pickup orders in the drive thru and they took 29 minutes to tell me that they were out of the bread for my sandwich waited on people who came after me they definitely need to do some revamping..

Love Panera but dont go too often bc we dont have one too close. Fiance is pregnant and our pup is dying at home basically. Taking a break from keeping him comfortable and came here to place an order at 10:50 and had drive thru, and dine in prioritized until 11:09. 20 minutes for premade soup and precookee bread. There was about 8-10 workers. Thank god i wasnt paying attention and time flew by, but I have a hungry fiance and my dog at home. Maybe i shouldnt have left but for premade food, i should’ve been in and out. Only way I’d come back is if I got a hug.

I wanted French Onion soup what I received was a few ounces barely a couple cups worth of soup, a pinch of mozzarella cheese and maybe 5 little croutons for $5.19 because I did the half n half. What a rip off. The flavor is doctored up Campbell’s. Pathetic. On top of all of this the soup was not hot, warm, but not hot, and they called my name. The puck didn’t go off. When I went to the window another customer was bringing my meal back to the window because she had taken the wrong plate. Stupidly I took it and should’ve made them remake it fresh.

Ordered a large creme brulee drink and a toasted bagel with cream cheese. Took like 15 minutes because it obvious they only care about the drive thru, then they didn’t give me cream cheese and my drink was only 70% full. Not coming back

It takes a minimum of 30 minutes no matter what time of day you enter this drive thru. And once you’re stuck in it you can’t get out. I can’t fathom any item taking so long to make. And add in the attitude from workers. Definitely don’t plan on returning.

I loved using the drive through while I was running errands.
I have the Sip Club and, for me, I definitely get my money’s worth.
I also have a weakness for the chocolate chip cookies.
