First of all, this is the type of people they have working at this Panera. Rude and inconsiderate told me she couldn’t scan my code on my app for 50% off my pastry. I go to Panera all the time for breakfast lunch and coffee I’ve never had this experience very disappointed. Usually, all of the Panera workers are extremely considerate and kind.

It was average. Nothing special. My boyfriend’s grilled cheese was burnt on the cheese on the inside. He didnt eat it. And whatever spic e they put in the chilli instantly burned his stomach. He could not eat it. We waited at the window for about 10 minutes. But that’s fast food for ya. The girl working was very nice and apologetic about the wait. But yeah nothing special. We only went cause we had a gift card. I’d never been and I’ll never go back.

I can always count on this restaurant to give me good food that is also good for you. Staff is very professional. They have their act together and I enjoy having a combination of a sandwich and a salad. There’s lots to choose from. Coffee is also very good.
This particular location has a very large indoor area to sit down and eat if that’s your thing. Lots of big windows I like to sit near to get a little bit of the outside view while I’m eating. Come check it out

My husband waited in line for 30 minutes with only 2 cars in front of him. When he got to the window, they said they accidentally cancelled the order (it was soup and a sandwich). It took an additional 10 minutes. When he mentioned that it was ridiculous how long it took plus the food was cold when he got it, the only thing that was offered to make it right was a pastry. 3 cars behind him left during this time due to how long everything was taking.

Avoid this Panera at all costs! Went here today and wont be back. My husband ordered through the app at 1:30 and we didn’t get our order til 2 PM. All he ordered was broccoli cheddar soup and a blueberry bagel. I asked the worker where I picked up mobile orders and she said that they would be in the rapid pick up order area when they’re ready. She had a bad attitude towards the customers and staff. I mentioned that we orderded 30 minutes ago and that it was just a soup and a bagel. The app said it was ready at 1:45. She proceeded to state that they were short staffed. I asked if i could just get a refund then. She didn’t reply and then got the soup and bagel, put it in a bag and handed it to me. I assume she was a manger, because she kept saying to the workers how if something isn’t done “then no one can leave next time.” I fully understand being short staffed, but as a manager you shouldn’t take your frustrations out on your staff or customers.

I waited in line at the counter for 10 minutes and no one came to help me the worker walked by three times and they never gave us our food. We had to go up there five separate times and grab our food and they messed up our order three times do not go here is very bad and I spilled my drink everywhere.

This review is for the friendliness of this particular location. I travel across the country, taking adopted dogs to their new homes. Oftentimes, when it’s time to rest, I’ll stop at Starbucks,Panera Bread , and Crackerbarrel. Set my alarm to be up before they open and then purchase my breakfast. This was the first and only place to actually call the cops on me. No one came out to talk to me .Just straight to the police. I was already up and loading my things when they arrived. I understand its a private business, and I respect that, which is why I always am packed to leave before they actually open. I dont know what has happened to kindness . But damn Panera , this location needs it. Last time I stop here and spend my money. I cant comment on the food ,because they told me to leave ,so I didnt eat any this location.

It’s incredibly frustrating with how often this location specifically messes up in order or has crazy wait times period it took me all of twenty five minutes to get my food just now.And I only had three people ahead of me. I promise you I will never come back.And I will go to schnooks instead if I need lunch that day. I’m going to implore all my coworkers to do the same.
