It was good. Service is always friendly. Not too fond of the coffee. It is always just warm. It would be nice if they checked the coffee more often. There was no Hazelnut. You can request it but you have to wait and our order was to go we had to be somewhere. My only complaint of Panera is the coffee is either cold /warm or none at all. The food is always good.

Ordered online from my phone to speed things up while or family was driving through. The internet connection from my phone was a bit slow but i didn’t see it as an issue. Arrived to pick up my order, and ended up not getting the items I ordered. It turned out the receipt in the email (which the manager checked with me) matched what I received.

We visited mid-morning on a Sunday. They were completely out of yogurt/parfaits and fresh fruit. No one seemed to know what was going on, yet we were the only ones in line. The outside of the building was very dated, we should have taken that as a sign to go elsewhere.
