I have been a long time patron but last few visits I have been very disappointed. My most recent visit I got carry out during evening meal time. When I got home my sandwich was not eatable. It was thrown together, lettuce that was there was wilted avocado was turning brown and bread was to hard to eat. Will never return

There was food and trash on the floor in the dining area. The drink area was a mess with no lids for regular size drinks. The large lids were scattered and the regular tea was completely empty. There isn’t a proper drink station for all the drinks they offer so they put it on a side table. This is always a problem in this Panera. It’s typically a mess and supplies are low or completely out. The person who took my order put the wrong side on my ticket even though she asked me specifically what I wanted. It took a long time to get my food. The person who handed me my food was kind and the food was good those are the two positives. It’s obvious that it’s the management that is lacking here – they need people to oversee the details.

Pricey. Food was good, I had a salad and pizza sandwich. They wouldn’t let me get a half sandwich because of the kind it was (which seemed ridiculous considering every other sandwich you can get half). I didn’t get a drink and it was $16! The salad comes in a nice bowl but they only fill it half way which makes you feel cheated.

When a catering order fell through at the last minute I asked if they would be able to help me. Holly called the caterer Cory back in to help me and started on as many things as she could to fill my last minute order ASAP. They were a lifesaver for me today. I really appreciate their sympathy “we’re here for ya” and quick work as I would have been in a bad situation without it. Thank you!

My wife and I ordered two sandwiches for breakfast along with two frozen caramel cold brews. For almost $7 for EACH coffee, it was a small cup and half of that cup was whipped cream. The food is okay, but at this point everyone recognizes it’s overpriced hospital food.

Food is fresh each time and the staff is always friendly and willing to help! I placed an order pickup instead of curbside by accident and Holly was able to fix my order so it was ran out to me instead of me running inside in my PJs. Just another example of their flexibility and it really helped me out!
