1. Baguette was served ON TOP of my soup and was inedible because it was soaked in soup.
2. Sandwich was made on 2 pieces of bread FACING IN OPPOSITE DIRECTIONS. Sloppy.
Great job and your service is sincerely appreciated.
Have a safe and fulfilling 2026!
Edwardsville location is in need of a refresh particularly the restroom’s which are in very poor shape and condition.
The sandwich that I ordered was very delicious. Their passion papaya green tea was my fave drink there. The place was very comfy.
One thing that I noticed was they did not have any kiddie meal. My son was a very picky eater so most of their meals if not all were his not best option. He ended up eating the chips that came along with their combo meal.
The price was a bit pricey but we did not mind it coz the food was good and healthy.
But the pinnacle of irony is how you claim to be environmentally friendly while frequently running out of regular cups and replacing them with styrofoam. It’s hard to take your eco-friendly claims seriously when you opt for a material that’s terrible for the environment.
Your drive-thru wait times are consistently long, and your overworked employees are a testament to your operational inefficiency and incompetent corporate leadership. Please, Panera, take a good, hard look at your practices, because right now, it’s far from a place I’d recommend.
And here’s a tip for those ordering online: do NOT use the rapid order drive-thru pickup. There is nothing “RAPID” about that pickup experience. You’ll be stuck in line for 20+ minutes while your food and drink sits by the drive-thru window and gets cold.
To top it off, your prices have skyrocketed. $15 for a salad and $10 for Mac n Cheese are not justifiable for the small portions and quality. It’s disheartening to see these price increases while it seems that your employees aren’t paid well, and they all appear unhappy to be there. No wonder your employee turnover is so high.
