Ordered rapid pickup and they had it ready for me within 10 minutes. My sandwiches were perfect so perfect. I ordered extra vegetables and they actually gave them to me my sandwich was loaded, it was amazing! They did great with my substitutions. I also got a flip-flop cookie and an orange scone. The orange scone was so good not too dry.

I visited here this morning for our breakfast, and Angie was super kind and compassionate, and went above and beyond to make sure that I chose the best option and was super satisfied. The place was clean and I loved their ceiling. It had me distracted for a minute definitely will be coming back.

I go to Panera frequently. I went there the other day and placed my order…Autumn Squash soup as part of a you pick two and I had earned free sandwich so I ordered the Beef dipper for the first time. I had 1/2 of the sandwich and saved my Cobb salad to eat the next day which i often do and when i opened the dressing it was not Green Goddess; I did not know what kind of dressing it was so I called there to tell them about my experience. At first the manager told me that it was Green Goddess though since i have gotten that salad for years beginning at a Panera in Wildwood, I know what Green goddess dressing looks like. i told them and described what i had received… well, I ended up not eating the salad and believe that was very poor customer service…I paid good money for my order and they labeled it with their green double-checked your order label and yet it was not correct. I did not receive what I paid for and I just think it would have made better business sense to give me a coupon for something of the same value.

I got a pumpkin muffin. They are always so moist (hate that word), and they really do a great job getting them cooked to perfection. The bagel is a cinnamon crunch bagel, and the cream cheese is plain. I must say that the cream cheese cost well over the price of the bagel, but I always get it because I don’t want to wait to get home to have a few bites.
The sandwich is the grilled Mac and cheese sandwich. The chips come as an automatic side option; you can get a piece of a baguette or a pickle instead.
My partner likes this sandwich, although it is filled with carbs. He has nothing to worry about in the department, though.
If you get this, be prepared to take half home; it is a lot for anyone to handle. He also loves the Smokehouse BBQ Chicken sandwich. He gets it with just meat cheese and sauce. The crispy fried onions are not something everyone would enjoy, so I recommend getting them on the side

I am not usually one to leave a bad review because I have an understanding with human error and I know it happens when busy. But today was the third time recently that my whole salad was missing the chicken. Today I went back in for it because it’s not cheap to eat here and you should get what you order! I am a pleasant person and was met with rudeness when I informed the food line that my salad was missing chicken. No apology. I may need a break from trying to enjoy my lunches here!

Only been to this Panera a couple of times and I just got home after dropping someone off at the airport and then stopping in to order take out. We ordered the Garden Avo Toast and the Avocado and Egg White Sandwich….but as you can see in the photos, the avo disappointment is real.

Don’t go here if you want your order to be correct, I’ve gone through the drive through many times they never get my order right. They gave me the complete wrong sandwich, won’t be back for a long time.
