Food here is always great, you can either get the same thing you always get or mix it up and get something different because either way you look at it, the food is always amazing. The service is great and your food is always fresh when you get it. Soups are good during the winter, the salads are always a must to get if you’re a salad person and their sandwiches are fantastic.

My husband and I came here while Christmas shopping. We sat next to the fireplace, all cozy and warm in the fridged temperatures outside. We joined the sip club to get “free” drinks for the month (Unfortunately, the spiced chia latte and french vanilla creamer for coffee is not on the list of drinks we could get for free) They have Pepsi products.
We both ordered a pick 2 with half sammie and soup. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch sandwich with broccoli cheddar soup and my my husband ordered the chipotle chicken avocado melt with broccoli cheddar soup. The food and drinks were delicious and were the free desserts we got for joining the Panera app!
There is plenty of room in the parking lot, but a semi or RV would not have enough room to swing around and exit.

This is always a great place to hangout and talk with friends when you go dutch. They have great soups, salads, sandwiches and my favorite is the Pecan braid pastry. I have met people here to have a meal and a quick meeting. Not for a board meeting just one on one. They have great beverage options too, coffees, teas and soda. I used to like their potato soup but they got rid of that, so instead I always get their broccoli cheddar. This location is on Knoxville on your way toward the Dunlap area.

the woman at the drive thru window on 9/25 at approximately 7:10 was unbelievably rude. i went to the speaker and said i had a pickup order, apparently i accidentally put it as “in cafe pickup” which she rudely informed me of. then all she said was “window.” when i drive up to the window my bag is being held out the window and she has a nasty look on her face. i say thank you, she says nothing and rolls her eyes as the window shuts. to this lady, i am so sorry that you had to walk an extra 10 steps to grab the bag, and im also sorry that you clearly hate your job and your life. your bitter attitude has clearly clouded your judgement and as a result you are unable to appropriately handle guests, even when they mildly upset you. what i did was not a big deal, and a common mistake i’m sure. since that small error of mine ruined your morning, i hope every guest with a pickup order makes the same foolish mistake i have. now most people would say “i will never be back to this establishment,” I however will be coming back, and i hope i get the same lady every time. 🙂

Plenty of free parking and handicap accessible entrance. Store was relatively clean and well stocked. All the booths were dirty so we had to sit off to the side. The floors were also dirty. The store at this time was not busy, staff was busy talking and not cleaning. Then we saw the collapsing chair. Told the staff about it, they did nothing. We picked up the chair to take it to the staff and the chair leg fell off. Unbelievably they were still disinterested but at least we got this dangerous situation off the dining room floor.

Well, I ran through the drive through, so I can’t really speak to the atmosphere, but it’s Autumn Squash Salad season and that’s the only soup I actually like, so I got some and yep it was yummy.

This morning I ordered breakfast and lunch for myself and some coworkers. The order had some challenges when it arrived. I called Panera and spoke to an associate named Sandra, who was very helpful. She listened to the challenge, acknowledged the problem, and worked with me to fully resolve the issue to my satisfaction. In fact, Sandra went above and beyond. I did not expect the level of customer service I received; it certainly was top tier! Thanks so much Sandra and Panera!

Love this broccoli cheese soup, french bread baguette, cinnamon crunch bagels with honey walnut cream cheese. The kid meal is available for a small serving of soup and baguette.
