This was our first time to a Panera Bread, so we were extremely excited. The bldg was extremely clean from the lobby, front counter, displays and the restrooms were very well stocked and super clean! Upon entrance, we were quickly greeted by two floor workers, our cashier was very friendly and full of smiles. Our food was correct and fresh! We will definitely be back in the future. Thank you for a great first experience! 🙂

Panera food is always great… very consistent. Panera’s Unlimited Sip Coffee club is the best. During my visit, a couple of the employees in the back kitchen area were loudly arguing about their hours and other personal business. No one wants to here employees yelling at each other… it’s unprofessional.

Feeling pretty ripped off. Their chipotle avocado, which I had a couple days ago, was fantastic. My frontera chicken, on the hand? A sad excuse for how much I paid. Not enough chicken to even cover the bread. One TINY onion for the whole sandwich. Seriously?

We arrived at 8:10pm. They claim to close at 9pm. I think they should just make their closing 8pm. They were out of almost all their soups, half their sides, and most bread. I understand they bake fresh daily and aren’t going to have a plethora of all baked goods this late but your soup comes out of a bag there’s no excuse to run out of all of them by 8. Then we did decide to get the one soup they actually had. They made it so early that by the time we got it the soup was cold and we had to re-warm it ourselves. Apparently, after 7pm it’s just a place for WiFi and conversation.

Came here about two days ago, and ordered some soup. For some reason it tasted a little bit off, but I thought it was my taste buds. I ended up getting a pretty severe case of food poisoning, and had to go to the E.R. I reported this to the health department, and hopefully they will investigate ASAP !!!!

I don’t go to Panera much but any time I’ve gone, the service food and drinks have been great. The young man was patient and answered all my questions when I was trying to decide what to order. I got my food quickly and appreciated that it wasnt thrown together in a slippy manner. I had the chicken salad sandwich, chips and cinnamon roll. It was fresh and tasted so good!! I could be all wrong, but the cinnamon rolls seemed to have a lemony taste to them. Awesome!!!!!!!! It’s a clean restaurant with plenty/roomy seating. I’ll be back for more of all of this!

Pretty good chai latte, with a spicy kick. The cookie, unfortunately, was a bit bland and doughy. Friendly staff, though, and it was a good place to sit and work while I was waiting for something.
