I love going to this Panera because of the friendly and accommodating staff. We ordered dinner tonight to go and unfortunately, we realized the brownie we ordered was missing after arriving home. I called up and spoke with Johnny about the missing item. He was apologetic and courteous. He took of refunding the dessert since we did not receive and then proceeded to offer a dessert at no charge the next time I’m there. Thank you Johnny and team for knowing how to take care of customers even if an issue arises.

Nice employee every time I order Avocado they are either out or simply put a little or none in my chicken, AVOCADO sandwich. I know they hard too har avocados but someone should be able to run to Walmart or Target if they are too hard as the Target always has ripe Avocados. That’s the only reason I order that sandwich as it’s got Avocado in the very Name. Also frequently out or caramelized onions. The people are very nice and staff. I go regularly to this location for lunch pick up and they continue to mess up, looks like the feedback from the email survey just goes to the trash. Again today, they gave the Salad without the dressing. .Baguette was included instead of Chips as the side, even though I mentioned, I got that corrected at the counter as I checked there but dressing I found out after coming. Looks like they had a bad morning or something, interacted with 2 employees and both were grumpy.

Extremely disappointing experience at this Panera (Naperville–Ogden Mall).
My husband and I placed two prepaid mobile drive-thru orders. When I gave the order names at the speaker, I was told to leave the line and get back in behind customers who arrived after me because they needed to “prioritze new orders”. I was then told that prepaid orders could not be prioritized over new orders, which makes absolutely no operational sense and contradicts every other mobile pickup experience I’ve had.
At the window, the manager on duty was rude, dismissive, and completely unapologetic. When I asked for contact information for a district or regional manager, she said she didn’t know and told me to return the next day. Instead of taking accountability, she implied I was an inconvenience for picking up an order I had already paid for.
To make matters worse, both orders were incomplete—one missing chips (on the receipt) and the other missing a crème brûlée pastry.
Poor customer service + poor processes = a terrible experience.
Hoping Panera leadership retrains this team, especially the manager on duty.

Ordering ahead, so food was ready when I arrived. Good place for a group to gather. Most of the ten of us had soup or mac and cheese. Tomato soup was a little too spicy, a surprise. Our Jamacian group member thought the black bean could have been spicier.

Our Dr. Office orders from this location from bagels to lunches to drinks. In the last 3 years, they have not gotten a single order correct. Not one, not a single. freaking. order. ever. This is very frustrating, but what is even more frustrating is that this location never answers their phones regardless of time of day. It is such a shame that Panera is no longer what it used to be and that this location does not care. Way to be worse than wendys. I used to work directly under Mike Hamra and he would fire the entire incompetent staff. The number they put in the reviews that tells people reach out- yeah, that number is never answered either

We had dinner here with 5 kids and 2 adults. The person taking are order was very patient and thorough. Our order came out perfectly. All the kids were happy. The corn Chowder could have used a bit more flavor. We were glad we are here and would come again.

I went through their drive-thru every morning for coffee, and great coffee it was, and a bagel for my granddaughter. Never a wait. Very efficient cashier window and friendly employees. It was a great experience that whole week.

I stopped going to Panera a while back due to the major decrease in portions. This is a $13 salad that looks like a half salad and 2 dressings that aren’t even half full. I’m so annoyed after a long day and this is just a reminder why I stopped going to this place.
