Panera Bread is a great spot for fresh, flavorful meals. The Broccoli Cheddar Soup and sandwiches are always delicious, and the bakery items are a treat! The staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is cozy. Quick service makes it perfect for dining in. The dining area was also kept very clean and had great seasonal decorations up!

Quality and portions have gone through the floor as prices continue to rise. Half salad with no protein for $7 was less than half a tiny container. Swearing off the whole chain for life. Will never spend another dollar at Panera again. Can’t wait for the company to go out of business.

The new Baja Grain Bowl was AMAZING! I didn’t get the Greek Yogurt that comes with it though. I’m not a fan and didn’t want to ruin the rest of the bowl. I definitely recommend. On the other hand, I got the new 10 Veggie Soup. Not bad, but nothing special. What bothered me most, was the two dirty spoons I got with my food. I’m not one to complain, so I just grabbed two plastic spoons. And I’ve also worked in the restaurant biz before, I know they were probably cleaned in a giant washer.. but you could at least do quick spot checks. ♀️

Been coming to the store for many many years. However I’m starting to notice the service and atmosphere going downhill. Today I ordered a Cobb salad with chicken as take out.
When I got home and open up the salad noticed there was no chicken. 🙁
Management needs to step up here and take a look at what’s going on with their processes.
I called the store and spoke to a nice lady who gave me a voucher for the Cobb salad so I’m giving them three stars.

Worst visit to a Panera EVER! They took 8 min to make my one breakfast sandwich. 3 people that ordered after me, were served before me. The 2 young male workers were making fun of the mature female manager behind her back. When I got in the car and looked at my sandwich it was smashed on one side and torn up a bit.

In general it is a clean store BUT the service wasn’t as good as other Panera’s.
It is a small store.
The down side is their service: the cashier kept make mistakes on our orders, she wasn’t focused and she was not at the cashier desk and we needed to wait for her every time.
There were no service at the table while other Paneras bringing order to the table if you don’t get it when it’s ready.
There were no buzzer and you wouldn’t know when you order is ready. Your meal might not be warm once you get it.

This used to be one of my favorite Paneras to go to; the customer service was phenomenal. The past 4-5 months the service has been really slow. We order online for pickup or dine-in because of issues with my kiddo needing her food to be ready when we get there or serious meltdowns occur (ASD) and it is rarely ready on time with the expected time given. Today it said given the size of the order, the expected time was pushed out to 30 min… we had two sandwiches, an apple juice and a coffee. We probably won’t be coming back here again. This is ridiculous.

Very dirty, look at the walls and ceiling so dusty service is awesome!! Someone needs to pay attention to the walls and dusty cob webs.
