Great place but do NOT ORDER ON LINE to be picked up in your car. This store says to merge with line from orders…. Two drivers would not let me merge! Terrible system for pick up! Utilize the numbers out front for “pick up service “. They sit empty.

Always friendly, the food is always fresh, and the place is in my always clean. The men’s facilities are in my opinion clean. The most important thing to me is that the entrees are fresh, the food is hot. Highly recommend. If you have yet to try it out already, check in out and decide for yourselves.

Our family of 4 decided to grab dinner as it was getting late. I was shocked to find out how tiny their portions were at this location. (First time going thru their drive-thru).They were out of tomatoes for their turkey BLT (told us last minute); my pick 2 with chicken Caesar salad had the butt-end of the head of lettuce in it; also check out the size difference between the cup and the “bowl” and sadly, the kids grilled cheese was laughably small. Oh and no spoons so good thing I was picking it up to bring home. What is going on at Panera?! I’ve never seen such small portions for the price.

First time coming to this Panera Bread location. They have two kiosks you can use to order food or you can go to the register. For some reason, if you order at the register it takes them like 5 mins to actually come over and assist you. I’m not sure what the delay was since you can literally see what they’re doing. After they come to the register, things go more smoothly. I ordered a bacon double take, spinach and bacon soufflé, and an orange juice. The food was all good and hot. Panera makes some tasty breakfast items, they just need to work on their customer service more. Prices are slightly expensive for what you get. Just a FYI, apparently this is where older people come to drink coffee and people watch lol.

Food is okay at best. The service is bad, there’s never anyone at the register. The atmosphere is not that of a restaurant but more like a hangout. People buying a drink and using their phones or computers for hours.

For years, in their old and worse in their new location, this Panera is the worst in the chain. Every time my family places an order, it is often delayed, wrong, or they are out of stock for an item. For example, yesterday at an empty drive in, I ordered 2 orders of soup with 1 drink and pastry. It took 15 minutes to bring to my car with the wrong pastry and lukewarm soup. I have been to other Panera’s with no issue but this one is a must avoid.

We went there once dine in, and it was not bad. A week later, I did a drive through. It took long, and got home to find out a bag of chip, napkins, and spoon were missing. What’s going on? Make sure to check your order before leaving.

This place is ridiculous. I order Panera almost every day and 90% of the time they get it wrong. Today was the worst when I decided to try their breakfast menu. DISGUSTING. EVERYTHING IS DRY OVER COOKED AND YOU COULD BARELY choke it down. Threw it all the way.
