I dont really come here that often but the experience with the cashier made me think twice. The food was good as normal but when you receive an attitude from cashier, who btw was supposed to ring your order correctly and ask the appropriate questions to avoid overcharging me, there was no accuracy or accountability from her. It left a sour taste in my mouth about who Panera bread is putting at the forefront to represent the best in customer satisfaction.

I had a disappointing visit to Panera recently. I ordered a salad and found hair in it, which was really off-putting. When I brought this to the manager’s attention, I expected more concern and a proper resolution, but I was met with indifference.
Additionally, the restaurant was quite dirty, with unclean tables and a neglected atmosphere. This lack of cleanliness is concerning, especially in a place that serves food.
Overall, I was really let down by this experience. I hope they can improve their food safety and cleanliness standards, but for now, I can’t recommend this location.

BLUF: Standard Panera Bread, with a drive through and inside dinning available.
-Lots of soups, breads, sandwiches and backed goods to choose from.
-service is fast inside and in the drive through.
-great place to come and grab a healthier meal quickly.
Restaurant cleanliness: good.
Bathrooms: clean and well maintained.
We bring the kids here to do homework and grab dinner before late night sports or dance class.

Does Panera bread has been here for many years. The food is still very good but the store is very dated and very “tired”. If you are charging eight dollars for a bagel with a coffee, the store needs to look a little bit nicer.

Disgusting rotten avocados ruined my wife’s sandwich, straight into the trash. The avocados in the 2nd picture were the ones I picked off of my sandwich. I gave an additional star because the employees were nice.

So I drove through tonight to get my wife a full size salad (Fuji Apple with Chicken), a Smokehouse BBQ Chicken sandwich with an apple and a large bowl of Macaroni and cheese for my son… Salad and BBQ were both great but the Mac & cheese was a disappointment… Is a half full bowl considered a large order? Three items came to $29.18… The food was good but $8.79 seems like a lot for a half full bowl of Mac & cheese… maybe it was made up as a side portion to the salad or sandwich?
