If you have ANY other option than this Panera take it. We’ve tried this location several times, all at different times of day, and the only thing consistent is the disappointment. Orders incorrect, constantly told the ‘smoothie machine is down’ (really? All the blenders are broken?), out of staples (Mac n cheese). Just a very poorly run location.

Had an amazing drive thru experience with Germaine today. He was very personable and helped modify my order at the window. In the hustle and bustle of day to day life, it was kind to be welcomed by a friendly face and nice small talk.

I usually order online and do a pick up at Panera Bread. This particular location, however, has gotten so bad as far as the staff. I arrived, 10 min after the app said my food was ready. Every staff member I encountered from the moment I walked in, was so dismissive and rude. I stood and waited forever for my food, I did see a female worker, packing what looked like my order and then she just threw it to the side. Finally, one of the cooks, noticed I had been waiting forever and asked my name…he then politely handed me the very same bag, that the female had previously tossed aside. So basically if you dont mind a rude, long wait…the food is amazing.

Went into the new location. Nicely done. Place is nice and open plus a nice outside seating area. They are horribly understaffed and the ones that were currently there are horrible in customer service, the lady N****E who was behind the resister was solo and was super inconsiderate IBHE to wait almost 15 minutes for them to refill the coffee. I had to reach out to a manager and even her was indifferent and really didn’t show much care, but another lady whose name I should have gotten stepped up and went in the back and got me a cup of coffee. Given Panera has a coffee subscription program they should inform and train their staff to make sure the coffee flasks are adequate full so customers don’t have to wait long periods. The failure at this location was purely the personnel who were just inconsiderate even though they saw a customer waiting and waiting and waited and didn’t care till I spoke up.

Hey Panera,
Tried calling five different times today but nobody ever answers. You missed three asiago bagels in my order today. I tried to give you the benefit of doubt but as stated called at five different times and no one answered. I was going to also place a $450 catering order but no one answered so I could ask my two questions either…. I’ll be by in the morning to pick up my bagels. Please watch your camera if needed to show your employees shorting my order.

My first time here and Karen at the counter was super helpful. I thought the food was good I got a sandwich and a bread bowl. Everyone always talks about how good they are.
The sandwich was tasty. I had a chipotle chicken avocado melt. The soup was good but not as good as I had hoped, I had a summer corn chowder bread bowl.
Service is great, space is ample and clean. Great spot for a lunch with a friend or having a decent working lunch.

I went through the drive through and they again forgot to include my full order. I didn’t check the bag like I usually do because I was in a rush. Please check your bag before having to drive back home and finding out your order isn’t complete.
