Just want to give a shout out to employee Olivia at this W Bolingbrook location. She is uttermost friendly, professional, and courteous. Most importantly she is consistent. I come here frequently for coffee and take my kids for a quick bite to eat from time to time. She has always been the same happy employee there, always willing to help and super friendly. She is the perfect example of a valued asset to an establishment. Thank you Olivia for making my trips to Panera a happy one!

Order a sandwich and they ask how you want your sandwich I order it very specific and they just gave me whatever the hell they felt I say allergic to tomatoes there was 6 of them on my sandwich smfh the listening skills of lillianna was very horrible then one side of my sandwich had no tuna at all just 8 pieces of lettuce and 3 tomatoes have never been to a panera and had issues like this.. and because I took the time out to walk in an order my food i cant be refunded only a voucher went out of my way to go here and couldn’t even eat the sandwich so I was late to work and had no lunch said she would mail vouchers please belive if I dont get them I will update this again I love being a Google reviewer you get the truth from real consumers

Food is always tasty here and they do let you know when ordering if they are out of an ingredient and what they can substitute it with. Staff is polite and they will go through your order to make sure they got it right. Their bread is to die for.
If dining in, jeep in mind that it is kind of cramped and does not have a bug capacity. They try to keep it clean but will clean the table right away if your wish is to sit somewhere that has not been cleaned yet. Also, every time I have been here, there is always boxes and chairs around so it is difficult to move around the place.
Overall it’s a nice location.

I have ordered this sandwich a lot over the years. In fact I was very disappointed to find they made the sandwich with the ends of the bread loaf. Once you get it home you know you’re going to eat it rather than return it. I guess quality control is going down hill. The problem is that this is supposed to be the highest quality. It’s not! Too bad. Time to find another sandwich place.

Tried the new ham & Gouda sub. meat portion is too small. I won’t mind paying more for a better version. The green papaya tea is refreshing, not too sweet.

Great Panera bread location if you don’t mind spending extra money. Food is always good and delicious but you will be dropping your bags the seating is good plenty of it. The Internet Wi-Fi is strong which allows me to work on homework and other items on my computer. I love the selection of soups – my go to is the broccoli cheddar or French onion. Both of them are made with fresh ingredients. Their lemonades are also refreshing. They also have outside seating which is awesome during the summer.

I used to love going to Panera years ago. Unfortunately the food quality has not been the same (in MY opinion) and it’s too expensive..The inside of the restaurant is so dark and depressin. It is definitely not as inviting as others.

My wife and I live to eat here! The bistro French onion soup is my favorite!! I love how they put the cheese on the bottom of the bowl so when you pour it into the bread bowl it em winds up on top! The customer service is amazing!! We love using the rapid pickup service for our orders; that way wherever we arrive our food is ready and waiting for us!
