I specifically asked for extra red peppers and cilantro and I was given either the normal amount or less. Maybe they gave a little bit more of the peppers but I don’t see extra cilantro. Please do better next time. They expect a tip before you are even served. Food was delicious as always but they couldn’t accommodate a simple request.

9:30 am. I wanted to go through the drive thru, but it was closed. I had time to kill, and planned to sit in my car. Walked in and was pleasantly surprised by the design, layout, and general environment. Staff were efficient and pleasant. I was actually glad I was pushed to go in. Found a nice spot by the fireplace and enjoyed my wrap, perfectly toasted. Music was quiet, you can choose your spot for temperature, lighting was pleasant.

This used to be one of my favorite Panera locations but recently the service has deteriorated tremendously. They have literally messed up my order 3x in a week and a half. The first time i was given a voucher. I used the voucher for another purchase and the order was messed up. I decided to just let it slide then they messed up my order once again a third time and i emailed them provided the receipt and pictures informed the manager i wanted a refund and he stated i should come bk to the location and give the meal back to get a refund which i was willing to do but honestly the evidence was in the receipt and picture i should have just been refunded the sandwich. This place is a joke and i will be contacting corporate regarding it. Terrible customer service. I only gave it a 2 bc the service was great a month ago.
