She was very patient and recommend some new items since the sandwich I usually get was discontinued. She was very kind and professional at the window pick-up. So many people are quick to complain. I visited Panera in Mokena, IL on RT 30 today and was very disappointed with the chicken noodle soup. I ordered a bowl which cost $8.59 and got a half bowl of lukewarm soup. I won’t be ordering the soup or the almond pastry again ($4.39) which was average.
Also there are few to no options for diabetics in the drink selections

Grabbed a few leaves of bread for Christmas Eve dinner. Love their bread but price went up and size smaller! Wish drive thru was limited menu or pick up orders only. Or maybe they could have a waiting area for those who order stuff that takes a while to make?

This is my second time visiting this location and each visit has been top notch. The staff is professional and friendly…except for one employee who jumped to conclusions when I was going to make certain they had clarity on the way my sandwich was being prepared. She thought I was inquiring if my food was ready. I felt I was being misjudged. Each time I visited I noticed the manager Abe going above and beyond for customer satisfaction and he is truly an asset to Panera Bread. Keep up the great work team!

My husband went in to place an order. He brought it home and it was completely wrong. When I called and spoke with Nicole, the gm, she was rude and would not do anything if I said I was calling the corporate office. When I had to agree I would not call, she said to come back with the order and she would remake it and refund our money. When I arrived Nicole had taken off her jacket, which identifies her, and claimed the gm was not there. She then proceeded to tell me that she refused to remake anything at all.

if you actually want to get a full cup of soup for the correct price, go to Mindy’s. You can get a large soup, which is about 6x the size of what they give you at Panera, for the same price. Awful pricing here. They are stealing from you!!!

Ordered through Panera and received our order from DoorDash. The first thing that was wrong was that the bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich had more than one egg on it when I only asked for one. The second issue was every single bagel that we received was burnt, including the one on my breakfast sandwich. When we called about replacement bagels they said they were not able to do that because every bagel was made the same way (meaning all the bagels they offered for the day were going to be burnt) and that all that could be offered was a refund. For some reason they weren’t able to process the refund immediately so we are waiting to see if it gets processed by the time the next manager will be in (which the current manager Natalia stated that would be the only time the refund would be able to be processed).
