This place is done, just a matter of time before they begin closing down locations. The business model is not sustainable. The prices they charge are the most outrageous I’ve seen in fast food. I can eat at Mr Bennys Steak House down the street for about the same price of a sandwich and salad with drink, this is not an exaggeration. They must be barely hanging on and overcharging the few that still go here. That’s the only thing I can think of. R.I.P it was nice knowing you. Let’s replace Panera for something worthwhile

Not surprised to see a heap of bad reviews on this location. Slow service and missing items in our order seem to be the regular when going through the drive thru here. Paid for 2 bread bowls and when I checked the bag, no bread bowls just the soups. Disappointing and unacceptable. I can understand the occasional mix up but this is consistent enough for me to write a review. They tape the bag closed but make sure to check your order before driving away!

Unbelievably slow! Between ordering in drive through and waiting to receive my order which was a cup of soup and a sandwich it took 40 minutes. Staff are pleasant although u feel that they are under pressure.

My boyfriend and I went in Wednesday to grab dinner, there was no one at the counter so we were just looking at the menu, a lady walks out of the back almost frustrated that we were there, she’s like what would you like? No greeting or anything, I asked for a pick 2 with broccoli cheddar soup, she’s like we don’t have any bread do you want chips or an apple? I asked could I substitute for a bagel and before I could even finish she very rudely says I SAID APPLE OR CHIPS! I was a bit taken back, chips please, and ordered the green goddess caprese, my boyfriend goes to order and he asks for a broccoli cheddar in a bread bowl, and again she gets very rude, I SAID WE DONT HAVE BREAD, and goes over to the bread rack like she’s Vanna White to show no bread on the rack, he’s like ok I’ll just have a cup of soup then and orders a sandwich. Ya know she really could have avoided all that unnecessary attitude by just stating upfront they had no bread …. And really how does Panera Bread not have bread at 4:30 pm?? …. So after paying $28 for 2 half sandwiches and 2 CUPS of soup and 2 bags of chips we sat and waited for our food, as we sat there we started to notice how disgustingly dirty the restaurant was, there is so much build up on the ceiling and lights that it is dangling down and falling into the food !!!!!! After waiting about 30 min we got our food and as we were walking out I noticed the lemons by the tea station and they were moldy!!!!! Yeah I’m so done with this Panera, this was not my first visit where I was disappointed but that will be my last visit!!!

We stopped at Panera. Being part of the sip club we wanted to get our free sup club beverage on our way home. Very nice and clean. Very friendly staff. The sip club is great. It’s worth it plus all the extra values you get being a member.

Very short staffed for now. You need patience and wait for your food at least half an hour. Make sure your food is correctly prepared and you have everything you ordered before leaving the store. As much as I want to be understanding with staff shortages, 30 mins or more wait time is too much and getting the order incorrect. (Picture shows fly on cookie)

They got 1 star and thats because the food tastes good but not cause of the quantity of the food. The wait time is completely unbelievable. Even if you order ahead. They will continuously push back the order. Ordering ahead is almost worst! I always order ahead before work and i never get it on time, nor do i even get it within 5 minutes of my order. I stand there waiting every single time. You might also think because you pay for the subscription that you might get a little more care from them. Paying for the subscription you almost get less care!! Just the wait time itself makes me want to cancel everything i have with panera. Its not just once or twice. Its everytime. You might as well order an hour ahead and even then it might be late.

I usually don’t write reviews. I went in on Monday, April 10th to place an order for 8 bagels and cream cheese. First, the cashier was rude. I greeted her and she responded with what can I get you? A common courtesy would be great! She takes my order asks if I want the bagels sliced, I said yes. I get home and the bagels are hard as rock. Why would you sell bagels that aren’t fresh and not edible for $18.xx. Ridiculous! Waste of money. Btw, the place was dirty.
