The Service here tonight was awesome! I can tell the manager Ethan does a great job with the team and thanks to him answering all my questions, I will be joining the unlimited SIP club tonight. Everyone here seems to be a lot more relaxed and happier than my previous visits. Came in Sunday night, around 8:01 pm. Hoping to get a full menu since they close at 9 pm. Unfortunately, several sandwiches were not available at all. Ordered a pick two soup and sandwich, Our ticket shows Angelina however some other young fellow took our order apologizing about all the food that they were out. The chicken sandwich came out to be almost $13 dollars along with the soup on a separate charge of almost $5. He never mentioned that the sandwich was going to be a full price or it wasn’t part of the combo ( which usually is around $14) Also ordered a salad , that was dry, I asked if the salad had the dressing included, they told me it was. He asked me If I wanted more, I answered sarcastically “only if you have more” they usually serve with some bread or at least ask you. They just put some chips on our plate. Went to ask for it, they did not have any. I understand the rush to leave early, but several items out of stock on your menu just deserve a really low review, close early really leave a note on the door to allow your customers to know your menu is short. I Won’t be back here! Not worth it!

It’s a Panera, the food is pretty standard as far as Paneras go. My main issue is the quantity that goes into anything. The sandwiches look sizable in pictures but it’s only 1/4th the amount of ingredients indoor the bread. Extremely disappointing.

We went inside to get a lunch meal, the food was messy and the area was very dirty especially the tables and the floors were dirty. We couldn’t find a clean table, we had to clean up ourselves using napkins. We are not going there anymore.
