This is unacceptable the stale bag of chips they gave me had small holes like a worker was disgruntled when I ordered. I waited in line and waited for food for fifteen minutes. They charged me for two sandwiches and was supposed to be one with soup. The lady was nice but seem like she wasn’t coherent, kept retaking our order over and over. Considering I paid over twenty bucks for food.

Recent change in their ingredients but the rude worker will blame it on “you” and say next time change the dressing to the salad. LISTEN LADY it’s called a Cesar salad for a reason!! I’ve been having the same Cesar salad from Panera for many years. Came in today for one and to my surprise I couldn’t even take a bite!! Salad tasted fishy. But they won’t tell you that.

Twice now I’ve picked up an order through drive thru and came home to find the soup incorrect. Disappointing when it is already over priced. Also, the drive thru took forever when the person in front of me only ordered a drink.

In-store service and experience was pleasant. But thata whwre it ended. We ordered pick-up. When we got home we found below ordinary sandwiches and salad. We ordered a family meal deal which offered 4 half sandwiches, baguette, soup and greek salad. The sandwiches were sub-par, sloppily assembled and wrapped, one of our sandwich bread was torn and soggy. The basic toasted cheese was cold and unappetizing, even our kid refused it. Our salad was for better of a word wilted, as if it sat in dressing for half a day. Our Chicken noodle soup was very salty. Very disappointed.

The bagels, the muffins, are extra and delicious. The staffs are helpful and friendly. And make it to the top is their free flow of coffee. Try Hazelnut coffee with cinnamon powder on it.
And you can stay for hours, talking, or even enjoy the ambience. Highly recommended.

The baguettes were smaller than what we had in other Panera’s outlets.
There was a customer holding the window pick up line. Attendant should have asked the customer to move to the parking lot.

I love Panera! This Panera was just okay. Although my order was correct, I would choose a different Panera next time.
There were 3 cars in front of me at 1PM and it took 15 minutes from ordering until receiving my food through the drive through, which felt long. The young lady wasn’t particularly kind or helpful; she was just there to take the money and give me my food. Additionally, at THIS Panera, if you want a different type of bread, its a 1.19 upcharge, as opposed to no upcharge at other Paneras.

15 min in the drive thru – I told the girl now I’m late for work (they got the order wrong for the 2nd car ahead of me) she said “sorry, that’s not our fault.”
True – I shouldn’t have ordered ahead for it to be ready 30 min before I got it! Because I paid for it I had to wait.
