I walked in with my dad, hoping to get a nice salad. I looked at the menu and decided I wanted a half strawberry salad, advertised on the menu at $7.29. We went to order on the kiosks- wait, that’s not $7.29! ( I don’t remember the kiosk total, but no matter.) So we went back to the register. I gave them my order, and it came out to $9.49, 70 cents tax. We mentioned it to the cashier, who told us the difference was tax – no, 9.49-.70 is 8.79, don’t give me “it’s tax,” I’m holding a binder full of calculus worksheets in my hand. I won’t mention their name or anything because I’m sure it’s not their fault but even so. We left without getting anything, and went to Taco Bell. We won’t be returning unless it’s fixed.

I don’t live in this area so I couldn’t just make a trip back. My sandwich was kind of sad, bland, and small. One of the halves thankfully had some toppings, but less meat. Didn’t taste very fresh, which was odd… Or the bread was undercooked. With how expensive Panera is, it’s hard not to be nitpicky. $17 for a “whole” sandwich (…more like half, i have small hands, so size it up for yourself. this one especially felt smaller than usual) and a small drink. Usually I can barely finish a whole sandwich. A bit disappointing.

Last weekend we went thru the drive thru. When we got home we had no chicken in the strawberry poppy salad. I called and Gus took care of us — it was too late in the evening to run back — Gus made a note and we went in the following weekend — Gus was there and made it right — replacing both salads. Thank you.

In-store service and experience was pleasant. But thata whwre it ended. We ordered pick-up. When we got home we found below ordinary sandwiches and salad. We ordered a family meal deal which offered 4 half sandwiches, baguette, soup and greek salad. The sandwiches were sub-par, sloppily assembled and wrapped, one of our sandwich bread was torn and soggy. The basic toasted cheese was cold and unappetizing, even our kid refused it. Our salad was for better of a word wilted, as if it sat in dressing for half a day. Our Chicken noodle soup was very salty. Very disappointed.

I decided to get lunch through the drive up because I was stinky from coming from my shift at an animal shelter. When I drove up to the menu board, there was another customer there placing a long order. At the time, there was only me and this other customer in line. I waited 15-20 minutes before I could place my order. By then, the line grew. I finally placed my order and drove to the pickup window. Again, I waited another 10 minutes to get my food because the customer before me was waiting for her large order. By the time I arrived home, it was 45 minutes to get lunch. This isn’t a fast food restaurant. Different processes should be considered for large orders to keep the line moving. I don’t know if I’ll be going back.

Went twice to get my salad, specifically mentioned NO MEAT. Once they put bacon in it. When I asked them to replace they said ok, staff was kind of polite but food I got again with bacon in it and avaco comes with skin in the salad.

The bagels, the muffins, are extra and delicious. The staffs are helpful and friendly. And make it to the top is their free flow of coffee. Try Hazelnut coffee with cinnamon powder on it.

I ordered an avocado egg white and spinach breakfast sandwich. After picking up my order I got into my car and picked up my sandwich and noticed how light it was… I opened it up and found that they gave me a whole egg, the tiniest portion of avocado, no salt/paper, and there was no spinach. I went back to the cashier and showed him the sandwich and he thought everything was fine and kept asking me what was wrong with it, he took it to his manager in which she made it properly and handed it to me. I genuinely never complain or leave reviews, but the service here was just terrible… The cashier didn’t know how to handle my situation after explaining it to him, nor did he or the manager APOLOGIZE. I worked at Panera for 5 years, it gets busy in the morning, I get that, but to make a sandwich like that and think it’s ok is ridiculous. The line staff should go back to baguette university or retake the online courses. Literally, I wouldn’t have been so upset if someone just owned up and apologized – an extra cookie doesnt make things better.
