For a business traveler, Panera bread is a guaranteed option. The selections are generally the same from city to city and the quality and portions always meet the standard.
This location suffered from some cleanliness issues in the restrooms, the food pick up area and around the dining tables. It was evident that the areas had not been policed in a while when I was there for dinner.
This did not take away from my food experience, but, it needed to be cleaned up.
Overall, you cannot go wrong with Panera bread for a good quality meal. This location did not disappoint.

Quality of what is given is inconsistent. I have been to your location 3 times in 7 days, 2 of the times food is wrong. And today…. no chips for sandwich meal… only apple. What if I can’t eat apples?? No other option provided. Could offer something else… cookie… small soup? Your out of chips but customer gets the shaft. Make food right… and give options when your out of something you should have. Don’t ignore and hope customer does not notice. It’s notice cause we pay your prices for quality. Give quality.

I would just like to take a second out of my day to give an amazing shout out to an amazing manager by the name of Lauren at this location. She has a presents and a smile that brightens up this whole restaurant and she genuinely cares about her customers and you can tell that with your first interaction. I hope to have many more interactions with her and her staff because they were just simply amazing

First time in this location for a quick lunch. Spacious and comfortable seating. It was busy during lunch hours, it didn’t take us too long to find a table. Creamy Cheesey Mac and cheese was mild. Hubby enjoyed his turkey chili and turkey bravo. Baguette was fresh, however my favorite chicken noodle soup was very salty to me with mostly broth.

Food is always good but choices are slim for breads – usually they’re sold out of many bagels very early in day . Kinda sad since you are a bakery.
And, I gotta admit that the cashiers are very impatient , not friendly at all when taking my order. They have to be there and it’s not the easiest job – but they need to at least make an effort as the first employee you see and talk to there.
Also, tables were dirty . I went over to a supposedly emptied, clean one but I had to clean the table and the seat before bringing my food to eat there. Then had to rewash my hands .
In a nutshell – get staff that want to help take customer orders versus Have to –
And keep tabs on your customers who leave after eating, to wipe surfaces clean for the future patrons.
Or make your stores open for pick up only.

Not hygenic at all. Manager herself first mixed up the order and gave chicken sandwich as well as while making veg sandwich ended up putting some chicken pieces even on veg sandwich as well
She was nice and did ask will make another one and gave refund as well as told that will give u next order free but I won’t visit panera again. Super unhygienic and not acceptable at all.

It was a warm weekday summer’s evening when I ventured to this particular Panera Bread with my mother. It was our first time at this location and we were happy we went! We arrived at a time when it wasn’t too busy, so the service was immediate. The dining area was clean, pleasant and welcoming. We both ordered different varieties of the pick-2 and we received our freshly prepared entrees within minutes. The food was fresh and tasty and we both enjoyed this healthier alternative to other options in the area. Looking forward to next time!!!

The food is delicious at this location but their tables can sometimes be dirty, and they are definitely not equipped for lunch or dinner rushes. I work nearby to this location so I thought I would order ahead, run across the street and be on my way. I placed an order at 12:45 for 1:10 pick up. I got there and there were so many orders on the board that I was on page two of pickups. With people skipping ahead I was quickly bumped down to page 4.

I worked in a restaurant before so I get it, it was their lunch rush. But what bothered me was seeing my name continuing to get pushed further down the queue with so many people using the skip the line feature on the app.

This is great for those who use the feature but awful for those who order in the restaurant or online through the non priority queue.

I didn’t get my food until 1:45 after waiting with a crowd of people. I would recommend a FIFO queue instead of having a queue that can push you further down the queue with different priority.

I wish they also would have called out names on the orders so people could pick up their order instead of having it queued on the board until they saw their name on the board for pick up.

It doesn’t hurt to shout “Smith! Smith if you’re here, your order is hot and ready. Thank you”.

I would also recommend offering patrons a small treat for their wait. I know it costs Panera money but with their prices, I think they can afford to say “Sorry for the wait, please take one of these cookies or brownies as a token of our appreciation.”

I love Panera but I would recommend skipping their rush times because they are not staffed well enough to handle it and you’ll be waiting for a long time. An hour from order placement to order in hand is too slow for a single sandwich and chips.

The order taker did a good job. I am so disappointed with the food. My sandwich was a very thick piece of small-size bread. The crust was burned on both halves and the filling was like 1/2″ thick and not good quality. Hardly anything in between the bread. Not worth the money, not by a long shot. Will not be back to Panera.
