After receiving a salad similar to this one I asked them to remake it, due to there being all steam in the salad and no actual lettuce. This is the remake of the salad with even more steam. I took it back in and spoke with the manger explaining to him the situation, he seemed lost and said, that is lettuce. I’m not sure what type of salad that was.

It was a warm weekday summer’s evening when I ventured to this particular Panera Bread with my mother. It was our first time at this location and we were happy we went! We arrived at a time when it wasn’t too busy, so the service was immediate. The dining area was clean, pleasant and welcoming. We both ordered different varieties of the pick-2 and we received our freshly prepared entrees within minutes. The food was fresh and tasty and we both enjoyed this healthier alternative to other options in the area. Looking forward to next time!!!

So friendly and helpful. I had lunch with my mother in law and the person at the county helped carry her food to our table. Another employee stopped by to make sure we were enjoying our dining experience. Service was above and beyond expectations.

I went through the drive thru and ordered my sip club beverage, for which I have a membership. I pulled up and was told I had to pay. I explained that I had sip club and had already provided my number. The individual at the window was rude and kept saying that I had to pay no matter what I tried to say. I the opened my app and showed her that I could prove that I have sip club and showed that my beverage would be free if I ordered. She very rudely interrupted me and said I had to pay and refused to listen to my explanation. She then told me I would have to call the store to get my beverage. I have been a sip club member for over a year now and this is the first time someone has argued with me about my order. For the owners of this location, the person was at the drive through window on 4/14/23 at about 3:45 pm.

Panera Bread provides excellent food and service. I’m at this location at least twice per week. The servers remember who I am and respond pleasantly to customers they know, as well as others. You feel welcome at this Panera, and all food products, from bagels and pastries to soups & sandwiches, everything is well-prepared, tasty and affordable.
