Wednesday is amazing and I’ll be coming back. She gave me amazing service, greeted me, let me know about my entree coupon expiring. Her energy, and politeness made an icky day more tolerable . I think I was fighting away a cold trying to set in. The food preparation was on point as well. I had napkins, a fork and a spoon. If you know how rare that is in dining these days. I told them as such.

I visit this location because it’s the closest one to me. We placed order for pick up through the app for the convenience. However, when we arrived home and opened food we were very disappointed. Our sandwiches were quickly thrown together. Avocados seemed bad, very sloppy job. I will probably not be doing pick up option in the future much less from this location . And to think they have option for tip . Maybe if my food wasn’t bad!

I have never been in a Panera and received rude service and I’ve literally been in Panera’s all over but this man was the most rude and unprofessional I’ve ever been encountered with. I went in the store to pick up an order at the pick up counter said excuse me, am I in the right place to the gentleman behind the counter and this was a man in a button up shirt talking on a cell phone standing next to me That started yelling at me, then proceeded to tell me I need to move over and push the bag across the counter. I asked him to please calm down and he said ma’am leave the store. I literally did nothing. It’s all on camera. That’s just the weirdest experience I’ve ever had. I will never go to Panera again! This is how they manage this location Even the employees behind the counter seemed terrified of him. I don’t know what he was going through, but I hope God helps him. But for a customer’s point of view, people don’t want to be exposed to that amount of negativity this early in the day. Good luck, Panera.

I had such a wonderful experience at this place. I ordered catering for 60 people and everything was great. The staff were incredibly kind and thoughtful, and it really showed in every detail of their service. I truly felt appreciated as a customer and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone. I have to give special mention to Karina (I hope I spelled your name right), who was exceptionally nice and helpful throughout my visit. She really went above and beyond, and her outstanding personality made the whole experience even better.

Ordered a regular Americano expecting a proper hot and strong black coffee. Instead, I received something that was impossible to drink and had to throw it away. If you’ve ever tasted a real Americano, I would not recommend ordering it at this place.
The service was also terrible. My wife and I were standing near the register and no one paid any attention to us. When our order was ready, they just placed it almost on the other side of the hall without notifying us in any way. While we were standing by the register, a couple of employees came up, silently took pastries from the counter, and packed them without paying any attention to us. And one more thing: the pastries they were packing were completely covered with flies, but the employees didn’t seem to care — they just brushed the flies away and put those pastries into customers’ orders.

Food was expectedly ok. I love the idea of creating an order via the tablet, however, I prefer face to face interaction with a person. You really have to know the menu and a way around it. Order was processed quickly but I never got a text message to my phone. Other than that, everything was ok.

We were in town for a soccer game. My son wanted a salad before his game, so we chose this location. We had the squash soup, chili, and a chicken Ceasars salad. Everything was great. Ordered at the kiosk, and food was ready quickly. Great location.

Had an awesome experience. The girl at the register was very knowledgeable and answered my questions clearly. Had a minor inconvenience and received help from the manager, Marcus. He was professional, and happy to help resolve a problem with my gift card. I noticed him afterward helping other customers who were having the same issue.
Tech difficulties happen sometimes, this one was out of the stores control. I was pleased with how Marcus and his staff dealt with it.

There are no words for me to articulate just how bad this store is. We order online multiple times a week and I kid you guys not… in the last 8-9 trips the food hasn’t been right even once. I mean it’s forever simple stuff… “add bacon” no bacon. “Extra steak” barely any steak. The sandwiches we get are $20/ea and still never right.. I can’t even fathom how one store can be so incapable. Then you try to call the store to make sure it’s right and they can’t even answer the phone………. For the love of god, fries in the bag Panera. Fries in the bag.
