but in reality, it is one of the best in its category.
The atmosphere is very comfortable,
the front service is welcoming,
and the menu offers a wide and varied selection.
Their soups are consistently high in quality
and always have the same delicious taste.
I highly recommend visiting,
but a quick note:
if you’re not very hungry,
I wouldn’t suggest ordering the soup in a bread bowl,
as some of it may go to waste.
However, if you are hungry,
I highly recommend it.
As for the chips,
I don’t know what the secret is,
but they are incredibly tasty—
with the soup or even on their own.
I ordered the Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt and a cup of Broccoli Cheddar Soup — both were absolutely delicious! The sandwich had amazing flavor with perfectly toasted bread, and the soup was warm, creamy, and comforting, just the way I love it. Everything tasted fresh and well-prepared.
The staff was friendly, efficient, and made sure my order came out quickly. I truly felt like a valued guest.
Overall, I’m very happy with my experience and will definitely be returning soon. Great job to the entire team!
There’s a BIG difference between ‘sandwich got compressed down during delivery’ and ‘we completely cheaped out on toppings.’
I’ve had Panera dozens of times at numerous locations. This sandwich is NOT up to Panera standards. Not even close. It is absolutely unacceptable. Paid $15 for asiago with scraps of chicken. Seeing the pictures of similar sandwiches in other reviews (which look AMAZING) makes me absolutely FURIOUS.
(To a lesser extent, but adding insult to injury, $8 for a 12oz smoothie. Says on corporate site it’s 16oz. I was a barista for 5 years, I know a 12oz cup and a 16oz cup when I see one. No wonder they don’t advertise the actual size on their official site or on Uber. Because they don’t want to be held accountable. “Don’t pee on my leg and tell me it’s raining.” But hey! Maybe their cup has a thicc bottom??? Whether or not I’m right about the cup size, I can forgive that. At least the smoothie was actually GOOD.)
Lucky for them I got this through Uber, or I’d be doing a chargeback.
Don’t DISRESPECT your customers just because they ordered delivery – and you don’t have to be embarrassed delivering this GARBAGE to their table and having them send it back. You should be happy to have delivery customers, you don’t even have to give table service or clean up after us!!!
A little smoothie here and an avocado slice there shouldn’t be worth losing a customer over. Needless to say, we won’t be back.
I’m here on 7/ 28 having the chicken and rice in the bread bowl …it so good with there ice tea!!
On 11/21 had the cheddar broccoli soup with a pop.cant go wrong with any of there soups ….
While my experiences with this particular Panera have NEVER been bad in the past, I am second guessing ever visiting again.
• The person working the window, Andrew, kept an angry tone and even angrier expression throughout the order process.
Our order was incorrect (from bacon missing from the BLT to an entire entree missing from our bag)
• We did not receive drinks (mentioned this to Andrew at the window and he very impolitely turned away, shut the window, and gave us a Single Small Beverage – thank you! means so much! ), and left feeling much worse than when we arrived.
Not sure if Andrew was just having a hard day, but regardless this was entirely unexpected and unnecessary. Please get your act together.
