Weak quantities for what you pay. $10 for a 1/2 salad with a few pieces of lettuce. Doesn’t even fill the container half way. $7 for a breakfast sandwich that has a sliver of egg. What happened?

Bought a soup bread bowl(@ $9) -chicken noodle. There was about 10 noodles and 2 chunks of chicken. Literally almost all broth! Paying $9 for some bread and a cup of mostly broth is ridiculous, thought after taking a long break from this place, I might find improvement in servings…. but nope, still almost no sustenance/actual food in their soup bowls(especially the chicken noodle). Can’t rationalize paying $9 for broth & bread!

Understaffed or undercaring. If you aren’t a regular you do not get priority service. I use the “Fast Lane Kiosk” everytime I come, today I got to watch 4 people come in after I was already waiting for my order and get served before me (they went to the register). Waited about 10 minutes before I finally got my food of which were all simple bakery items.

They were out of spinach and the menu “simplification” over the years has made it much harder to find a sandwich you like. This isn’t a 5 star restaurant where you eat it as the chef determines you should eat it… this is a sandwich soup shop. Panera may be having an identity crisis.

First food is always great. My last trip in I ordered then paid. I could tell it was more than I normally pay so assumed with the times prices went up. So check my receipt and the menu board and they don’t match. I tell the cashier and she just says yeah they sent the wrong boards but changed the prices and then laughed and said thanks. I don’t mind spending the money but thought so many other ways it could have been handled just didn’t sit right.
