No comment on service because there was zero human contact. You order through a kiosk, then someone just yells your number & you go and grab your food from the counter. A worker came out and looked at us and then quickly ran back. lmao Place was nice. Food was good.

The workers were really nice, even offered me a complementary pastry sample. But the Americano I ordered tasted like warm urine. I spat it out my car window and dumped it in the parking lot. Panera needs to get their act together.

In all honesty, this location is slow service. Also, I asked for extra dressing for my whole salad and they only give me one per usual. I’m pretty sure they give 2 dressings for a whole and 1 for half. It happens almost every time I go. My salad is dry How does 1 small cup of dressing cover a whole salad?

I’ve been here a couple times and there’s new staff every single time. I understand that everyone needs to learn and it’ll take them time, I have no issues with this. I had just been here a week before this visit and had a gift card that had roughly $25 remaining, and the cashier did not know how to check or use the balance. I asked if there was someone who could assist and she just said they left for the day. It wasn’t a big deal, I paid and carried on. For whatever reason, my food took over 30 minutes to be ready. I sat there and watched about 5-6 people who just walked in, ordered, sat next to me and got their food.. I mean, my order wasn’t difficult or anything. Pretty disappointed overall. Once I received the food, it was fine, nothing out of the ordinary.

I cannot stand this location. Coming here for breakfast I am always missing something or something is messed up when I do pick up orders or order through the drive-thru. When I order lunch I get moldy cheese sent out to me not once not twice but three times when I order French onion soup. This location is a health hazard and needs to be shut down. Highly recommend the Randall road location I have never had an issue there once

I feel lately that Panera has gone downhill. So to be fair, I did expect to find what I wanted to order probably sold out. What I would end up ordering would be just okay and way overpriced and unfortunately I was not disappointed. The only reason I came here was because I was meeting friends who chose this place and I was kind of stuck.
The atmosphere is the same nothing special as any Panera you would come across. It was very clean.
Now since I don’t usually eat here very often I’m not familiar with the menu so it took me a while and the lady behind the counter was patient and helpful. The first 3 things I ordered were already sold out and it was only noon.
However I ordered the Pick 2 and I took soup, the broccoli and cheese, and a salad I believe it was a Southwest salad.
Now the broccoli and cheese soup tasted good I didn’t have a complaint except you hardly get any.
The salad was just okay. They definitely don’t go overboard on the ingredients and give you the bare minimum. I also ordered a large coffee and I served myself the Hazelnut which I did enjoy.
So really the food was not horrible or anything like that but what I don’t like is for the small amount of food my bill was well over $20 with tax. I think the price is ridiculous for what you get and the food is okay but it is not otherworldly and definitely not worth what I paid for it.
So I will continue to avoid Panera and next time the girls want to go out I will insist on going elsewhere where I feel like I got my money’s worth.

Joke of the chipotle chicken avocado melt… the sandwich looks nothing like it’s advertised and chicken is bland… literally no taste and it seems like they just threw the tomatoes at it. Terrible taste… doesn’t even taste like chipotle. Not satisfied with this sandwich
