Now let me tell you it’s hard to please a person like me with some quality fast food. I walked into Panera today after not eating Panera since my bro ate a piece of plastic here in 09, I can say I’m definitely coming back. I absolutely slobbered down this chargered lemonade. I also gobbled down some delicious creamy soup. Let me say if you need some energy after being on your knees all day get the charged lemonade! Everyone here is nice this is a great place! Love the creamy soup swishing in my cheeks#panera is awesome everyone come here!

I have been coming to this Panera since they opened in Wilmette. Recently they have gone downhill fast. No matter the day or time of day the bagel bins are fairly bare. The place is starting to smell like mold. And today boxes strewn in the dining area. So Not on Brand for Panera. Two stars are for the staff, they are pleasant. Otherwise this would be zero stars. The mold smell takes away from the taste of the food.

I ordered a flatbread pizza for my lunch. I noticed a hair on my pizza after eating my first slice. I did not have time to go back and had someone else go for me to let the employees know in hope of receiving a new pizza. My friend was told by an employee that I ate the pizza since they (my friend) didn’t bring the pizza in due to prior times I’ve never needed to bring it in, so I just tossed it. I offered to show the whole pizza still since I did not eat it, and they continued giving attitude until I asked to be given to the manager. He also did not seem to care and seemed to brush me off until I showed the pizza in whole after pulling it out of the trash and said this was my lunch, I’m not able to leave and they made me another, which was also still incorrect. But no longer want to go back because the customer service was terrible already the first time.

We came in late one evening and the manager Arturo was awesome checking in on us and having a laugh. Really personable and professional. Panera, take notice and take care of him and managers like him. He gets the human component.

Wonderful experience. Great bagels. Andres helped me with my order today and was so kind. He made my hot chocolate promptly and perfectly. Could not ask for better service. Love the cinnamon bagel and blueberry bagel!

I’ve ordered takeout (once delivery, twice pickup) from this Panera location three times, and they have messed up my order significantly twice. They have completely forgotten items (two bagels), prepared the wrong item (Greek salad instead of green goddess) and not given me requested utensils (only spoons for a meal that includes salad). Very disappointed with this location, as it appears to be significantly worse at accurately preparing meals than other Panera locations I have frequented.
