Every single time I order a pickup, it’s missing something. I should not have to recheck my food order when I pick up. The 2 salads had very old lettuce, absolutely disgusting. Missing 2 soups and chips. If I’m paying over $6 for a cup of soup it better be in the order. I will never return to this restaurant, I’ll travel an additional 2 miles to spend my $$ at another Panera. Get it together Park Ridge, this is unacceptable.

I am a “Sip Club” member. Went in today to get a diet Pepsi. Used the self checkout, there were no cups. The diet Pepsi was out, I told the person at the front counter and he said someone would change it. I waited several minutes and nothing was done (the store wasn’t busy). I through out the cup and left. As I was leaving there were 3 people standing behind the counter, talking and doing nothing, including the person I spoke with.

I’m obsessed with the Citrus Asian Crunch Salad! Waited 15 mins for my food only to be told by the courteous manager that they didn’t have what I ordered (even though there was no one in front of me in line). After driving home, I found out the other sandwich on my order literally had a piece of paper from the cheese or chicken inside of it. The paper is on the bottom right of the photo with pieces of food still attached. Won’t ever be coming back here again even though the manager was nice, his employees really messed up.

Place has become deplorable! Very uncleanly and disgusting. Hikes in bathroom walls, per all over the floor, dining room carpet is gross like a car repair floor. Needs a deep cleaning and new management.

Place is filthy dirty, nasty. Floors need steam cleaning, walls need to be scrubbed, men’s bathroom has piss on it always, holes in men’s bathroom walls… There’s always crumbs and food on the floors. Three tiled flooring is dirty as well. This place went to hell. Poorly managed…
