Food is good, but I came with whole group to eat here and to make short meeting with guests from office. There is no internet, no sockets working, it’s very poor conditions 🙁 only 2 we found and 1 of them was not working 🙁

Very Bad service I went there for the first time because one friend recommended me to go and it wasn’t busy but very poor customer service. I asked if they took cash the girl said yes but I waited for her to come and help me and never came . I felt disappointed and discriminated because I was Hispanic and she never came to help I was waiting for her to pay my food with cash. First time and very disappointed.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. The iced coffee was stale and watery, clearly old. The brownie cheesecake bite was undercooked and tasted like it had been sitting out all day—ended up throwing most of it away.
The store itself was dirty—windowsills covered in dust and spiderwebs. WiFi kept dropping, which made it impossible to get work done. Staff were loudly chatting behind the counter and using unprofessional language, making the environment disruptive and unpleasant.
This place is poorly managed and completely unfit for anyone looking for a reliable place to eat, study, or even just relax. I won’t be coming back. Panera needs to seriously reevaluate the standards at this location.

Clean, my favorite Panera of all regarding atmosphere … But service ehhhh…. I always order strawberry oatmeal. Last time I paid extra bucks dor extra strawberry and pecans. Any difference. No. I asked the manager is they added extra. She said yes without questioning my satisfaction. Hmmm next time I will order both separatetly and show here the difference. Maybe they get more stars 🙂

So good! I ordered with a nice girl at the counter There are also kiosks and online express ordering I joined the club online and got a Free item! So many choices of sandwiches, soup, egg dishes and pastries ! Came out quickly though it was busy Lots of seating well placed. It was great! Thx! I’ll be back….

I often buy my lunches here, and mostly I pick something below $10. Guys are fast, attentive, and nice. My food is always ready in 10 minutes, and it’s always fresh and hot. Meals are tasty and most of them are healthy. God bless you, guys, for feeding me ❤️
