I ordered a bread bowl I took one bite and basically, all the soup was gone. There was quite literally maybe 3 tablespoons of soup in the bowl because they didn’t hollow out the bread. Not to mention the bread was very cold like it had just come out of the fridge I went and spoke to a staff member who told me that they put a ladle of soup in there and that’s all they put in the bread bowls I told him I don’t think that it was a little full since I’ve taken a bite and it’s almost gone. He refused to do anything for me. Won’t be going back. They also had a line to the door and no one was helping the woman at the register.

If I could rate this location zero stars I would. I ordered a loaf of artisan ciabatta bread. When I got home, I noticed it was sliced up in four pieces and sliced open.
I phoned the store and spoke to supposedly the manager on staff, Ian, a total joke. I cannot begin to tell you the attitude this kid had. huffing and puffing the entire time he was on the phone. He had the nerve to say they slice the bread because they need it for sandwiches. If an order comes in for a full loaf of bread, and they don’t have one, they piece it together (see photos).
I have never purchased a loaf of bread cut in four pieces and then sliced open. When I asked if you don’t have a full loaf, why not just tell me or cancel the order. He had the nerve to tell me he doesn’t have time to run around and call people if something is wrong with the order. WTH?!
This individual, Ian, should not be working in the service industry and should not be dealing with customers. He is one of the most immature people I have ever dealt with. I will never visit this location again.

I frequently visit this location for a coffee and pastry. However, the other day I went to purchase my usual order when I was met with rude customer service. I gave the staff cash money in her hand and she place the change on the counter away from me. I asked her, about not giving me my change in my hand as I gave it to her in her hand. She proceeded to say that she always does it but I watched her with the customer in front of me being given cash in his hand. I asked to speak with the manager and she tried to offer me something for free. I don’t want anything free. I just want good customer service. Then the district manager spoke with me about the incident and he had the nerve to say that she didn’t mean anything by it. How do you know what she meant? He can’t know. But I know what she meant by it. I told them that I would never return to this location and I’m reporting them.

I have gone to many different Panera’s and this one is by far the best. Service, food, and the manager was over the top accommodating. I had to change the pick up date and he step right up and took care of it. Couldn’t be happier, will use them again!!!!

Food is very good. Tastes fresh and good. Service is good too. Pick up order was ready in minutes. They always put all the needed spoons, forks, knives, napkins. Unfortunately not every panera place never forgets it. Overall experience is very positive. The forgot to put a soup last time and added a bonus “make it two” as an excuse to my account. Customer service asked sorry so nothing to say but good.

I tried to use their coupons and the manager and sales person did not know how to use/enter on their computer. Very frustrating. I did not have time to wait. Coupons work on the app just fine, except I forgot my password bc I don’t log in often.

Please don’t choose this location. Staff was very rude and unprofessional. Even I asked it politely. I was literally told to throw away my food. How can you tell that to a costumer. I am sorry not coming here.

Running late to work, I stopped by to grab a sandwich. I entered the order at the kiosk and the credit card machine didn’t work. I tried to get some help, but everyone would walk by me, see me standing there and not even look. I eventually had to enter my order again and again in anoother machine that finally worked. The workers saw I was struggling with the machine not working and needed help, but they would pass by me switching pastries from one side to the other expecting someone else to help. Terrible customer service at this location.

We just had a horrible experience in Panera Bread Deerfield . Upon entry the lady behind the counter told us that we need masks . We refuse to wear one. She called the manager who told us the same . We told them that this is unconstitutional and unlawful and they should stop asking for masks. Then the other lady told us that we put people in danger etc.
I ask them if they are going to serve us and they refused.
What you are doing is Unconstitutional, you are intimidating, segregating and harassing your customers. We will never set a foot in your store again and will make sure everyone knows how you treat loyal customers.
