FILTHY!
Unfortunately this place was pretty filthy. I couldn’t find a single table that had been wiped and it wasn’t even during a rush…it was 3:30pm. I final found a semi dirty table (see photo). The spoon they gave me for my soup was really filthy (see photo). Food was ok, but not worth the price. Frontega chicken sandwich had maybe 2 tablespoons of chicken at best. Chicken with rice had minimal chicken. Not impressed and I’m hoping I don’t get sick. If their prep area is as filthy as rhe silverware and table, I will be spending the night in the bathroom from the results. Panera…you can do better. You advertise “clean” food, but you’re extremely dirty.

We come here often but I realize the sun beams down but it’s just so hot in here, you need to put some air or fans on for circulation. Hot stale air is not healthy for food or humans. Also most of your employees are nice, but some don’t talk at all when your on ordering. It’s like talking to a wall. Sorry

No thank you! The young cashier with blonde hair, I didn’t catch her name but I’m sorry if you don’t like your job then why are you even working? You were absolutely RUDE with everything! I cancelled my order told the manager which did nothing go figure. You are the most cleanest Panera bread I have been to but never again. Sad how 1 rude cashier can make me and my family cancel a food order for dine in to just go somewhere else. And to the manager do better!! Sunday at 12:30 pm

We met my son, daughter-in-law and granddaughters for lunch. My daughter-in-law arrived before us and said that Ethan had pulled together a table for our group, adjusted the blinds as it was warm in there and offered some broken cookies for the kids as they couldn’t be sold. Another gentleman came and cleared some plates. The staff couldn’t have been nicer. We enjoyed our lunch.

I was really disappointed with my recent visit to this Panera location. The dining area was noticeably dirty, with tables left unclean and floors that clearly hadn’t been taken care of. On top of that, the portions were much smaller than expected, especially considering the prices. To make things worse, my order wasn’t even prepared correctly, which added unnecessary frustration to the experience.
I usually enjoy Panera for its consistency and quality, but this location really fell short in cleanliness, portion size, and order accuracy. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements, because right now it’s not a place I’d recommend or return to.

I ordered online. I got a chicken salad sandwich and it had a negligible amount of chicken salad on it, not spread out at all on the bread. Then the tomato slices were still stuck together stacked on top of each other. Had to put the sandwich together myself essentially. A bit expensive for this kind of thing. Otherwise, everything tasted fine.

3 Weeks ago, I ordered food to go. One of the cups that holds the soups decided to fail. It is made from cardboard and covered with a waxy film. The cup failed and left a bubble on the bottom and leaked all over my daughter’s hand. Reported it too corporate and nothing happened. Got 1 call missed it and I called back. Never called back. The manager at the Crystal Lake did what he was supposed to do. Thank you to him. #Harmaofmanagement return my call.

The best thing is the unlimited sip club membership! Wonderful place to come hang out and enjoy a quick meal. Service is not always the friendliest especially when I have to go up because they made my sandwich wrong. I think the portion of soup, for the price you pay, is too small. Otherwise, the sandwiches are great. I do miss the old sourdough loaf they use to have.
