Save your money and eat lunch at home. Went here today to get lunch for my family of 5, first of all I ordered our food to go and it was made for here. Had to wait for them to rebag it. Got home and the food was incorrect. I ordered a broccoli and cheese soup bread bowl, got home and it was broccoli and cheese Mac and cheese… Did not taste good and I would never order broccoli Mac and cheese with a bread bowl. Will not be coming back to this location again anytime soon… $45 and a big waste of money

Great Panera. Parking is a bit of a hassle during busy periods. You have to park behind the restaurant. Staff always seem to be super friendly. Food is predictably very good and so is the coffee. There is ample seating but the restaurant can reach capacity during the peak times.

I used to go to Panere at least twice a week. I stopped going because there prices and portions we’re ridiculous. I took my daughter there yesterday for lunch. I hade a Take Spicy Chicken sandwich. My portion was so small that I had a half of a bun left. $13,99, What??? My daughter had a bowl of soup. Total bill was over $18 bucks. I won’t return to this restaurant ever again or any other Panera.

Panera used to be my go-to for lattes, breakfast and lunch. I frequent the Woodstock location quite a bit and their service far exceeds the Crystal Lake location. The past 5-6 times I’ve stopped in CL, the staff is so unorganized. They stop in the middle of making my order, walk away in the middle of taking my order, etc. Today the server walked away several times in the middle of making our coffee that we received lukewarm coffee, it was bitter and it did not taste like the syrup was added. I’m not giving them any more chances. Please train your staff better.

Broccoli cheddar soup was amazing but my chipotle avocado melt sandwich was horrible. I thought One of Panera’s values are fresh quality food, not black rotten avocado slice. This isn’t the first time that this has happened to me but I wanted to give it another shot. I’m grossed out. Barely any chicken or peppers. It tastes like a bread and rotten avocado sandwich.
