I ordered pick up breakfast. I am not sure who decided to give me raw food that was clearly not cooked completely. I have eaten at this location many times but very unhappy with my order.

Spent over 30 minutes trapped in the drive thru, really wish they would have made an escape lane for days like today. Finally was able to order, paid, and then still waited another 10 minutes for a half a sandwich. As you can see, I have melted cheese on the outside, cold cheese not even close to melting on the inside, and cold chicken to go with it.
The cinnamon roll I received today, was so hard I’d swear it was from yesterday’s display case. Even heating it up didn’t make it better. Complete waste of money. Such a shame considering their cinnamon rolls really are so good, when fresh. Your cinnamon rolls shouldn’t already be hard at 10am.

For $13 I barely received any meat or vegetables on my “cheesesteak” & customer service was pretty low once they realized I was trying to order at the register? Save your money & support a local restaurant. Uphill grill & Brooklyn pizza will make you a cheese steak you can’t finish it’s so loaded.

Place is a rip off! 15 bucks for a small drink and a half a salad. Save your money and go somewhere else.

It’s expensive but the food is always good and tastes so much healthier than traditional fast food. I usually get the cheddar brocoli soup, a smoothie, and the toasted garden caprese. All three are consistently delicious and the soup and sandwhich both come with sides. I would say the fillings for the sandwiches are small, but I make that sacrifice because the food tastes good and I don’t feel guilty eating it. I’ve also seen them donate to the helena food share. I sometimes volunteer and have put their baked goods on the shelves more than once! I’m happy to have a panera here in Helena.

Food is pretty good, healthier than most drive-thrus but I’m really tired of hearing the managers talk down to, berate and/or yell at staff. The window is open lady, I we can all hear you. It’s getting weird.

My food wasnt even warmed up. It was for for dine in but handed to my husband in a paper bag for take out. Literally us and another person in the dining room. Too expensive for mediocre presentation and service.

Service is always great in the drive-through. I have not personally been inside, but I would assume the service is just as good. Food is always good and never disappoints.

My recent, and I assure you, final, visit to your establishment transcended mere disappointment, it was an exercise in witnessing the systematic decay of service standards and culinary integrity. This is not a casual dining experience, it is a profound testament to managerial negligence and employee apathy. Upon entering, the front-of-house staff presented an immediate and arresting lack of professionalism. Their demeanor was not merely indifferent it was actively disrespectful, bordering on insolent. The transactional exchange required to place an order felt less like a service interaction and more like an imposition on their leisure time. The fundamental tenets of hospitality appear to be utterly foreign to your counter personnel. It was astonishing to observe what appeared to be managers actively performing the basic duties of their subordinate staff…a clear indication of an unmotivated, untrained, or perhaps simply absent workforce, rap music was heard when receiving my food, which was cold in the center as well.
