Excellent service at the drive thru window. I typically order on the app and just pick up my order at the drive through. I have encountered the same person working the drive thru my last 4 visits, and he is always professional, polite, and quick with my order. I like to customize my salad (no bacon, extra dressing) and it’s always correct. Thank you to the drive thru team!

best service from the guy working at 2PM on October 5th. Not sure what his name was unfortunately it’s not on the receipt, but he had black hair and a hat on, i think maybe a bit of facial hair. After a bit of a wait, he apologized for it and actually jogged to get our sandwich and get us two free cookies for the wait. what a fantastic guy. hope he gets recognition for this!!!

Their food is very good. Ordered a ciabatta cheesesteak & papaya green tea. This time around the service was not great. I waited almost a half hour in the drive thru. The person behind me left. There wasnt anyone running the window other than the manager. He told me my food would be out in a few minutes but after I paid i waited another 10 min. It was disappointing but I really enjoy eating here on occasion!

Food is pricy, but so far the highest quality. I like the bottled passion fruit green tea that is quiet pricy, but if you go for the pick 2, at least you get a soup with your sandwich.

We rolled in on Sunday morning at 8:45 am and the gentleman that took our order was so kind. He made a joke with us through the ordering screen and then gave our dog a pup cup with a little bacon. Super friendly and super kind!!

Where I work, Panera is one of the only places that will deliver without huge delivery fees. I do appreciate this. But, the portions have gotten out of control. I order the same thing every time – a 1/2 sandwich and salad. My sandwich gets smaller and smaller every time I order it. It’s now closer to a 1/4 sandwich. This sandwich was over $8… fork for comparison. At this point, I think I’ll just spend a little extra to DoorDash from somewhere else.

I ordered coffee in bulk but I was not sent any cups! I ordered enough coffee for 30 people with no way to drink it. Not to mention I wasn’t sent cream or sugar either. Terrible service. I will not be returning.

Bismarck location smells dirty. A deep dirty. Also seems to be falling apart literally. Food was cold. Coffee good.

Was really busy and it took a while to get food. Had to have sandwich remade because they put tomatoes even thou ot said no tomatoes.l on it and I am allergic. They were really nice about correcting the mistake.
