I would absolutely NEVER recommend this place. Not only was my food cold and normally is, I got my sandwich notice it was cold as usual then I noticed she put One single piece of bacon on my $10 sandwich and when I went up and asked she used her bare hands opened my sandwich said there’s two and after she pulled the bacon apart and noticed there was in fact only one she then THREW one chunk of bacon on my plate and walked away. Disgusting customer service. And cold food always. I’d leave 1 star if it wouldn’t delete my review.

All I wanted was a bagel and coffee… didn’t seem like an unreasonable request. But here we are… maybe there has been turnover and the people running Panera just forgot what a bagel was. If so, they should really take it off the menu… because what they actually serve doesn’t even loosely resemble a bagel. It was more like a dry, crusty, multigrain hamburger bun… only flatter… and burned. The series of poor decisions that lead to this morning’s train wreck of breakfast disappointment is mind boggling. I really can’t blame any single person involved in the order… because there was a fundamental disconnect between the general American understanding of what the concept of a “bagel” is and what this Panera is dropping into a bag and hoping they were close enough… I think there were 5 or 6 individuals working at the time I stopped in… and I just can’t understand why one of them didn’t stop and tell the others: “Wait a minute… this isn’t a bagel. This is just dry, crusty bread!” Unfortunately, not one of them had the presence of mind to point out that if they are going to charge $5 for a bagel… then perhaps they should actually provide a bagel. I’m really dumbfounded by the entire experience. Oh, and the coffee was burnt… I should have just stayed home.

Not my first time here, confusing ordering. Food is always good but it was busy and my food sat on the pick up counter for quite a time. Not a fan of the separation of order, cook, and pickup. I did tip but shouldn’t of. Drive through from now on if I bother.

I expect more from Panera. I have come to this location many times and am shocked at the food. The worst “french onion soup” of my life- pretty sure there’s not supposed to be tomato in this. The sandwich was thrown together and was cold. Absolutely never coming here again. Do better.

Not my favorite Panera, but I seem to end up at it a lot, and it seems to be improving. A year ago it would have been three stars. You can usually get your food quickly, and I think the better quality ingredients are worth the extra money. Sometimes it could still be a little cleaner.

We have always liked going to Panera so when they opened this one up, we were happy to be able enjoy it. The dining area is open and they also have a drive thru. There is an area to eat outside as well. The inside has been clean each time we go and the food is always delivered in a timely manner. You can order online, at a kiosk inside, or at the counter with an employee. There is a screen that let’s you know if your order is being made or ready to go. They have a pick up location for to go orders. This location has been great at being diverse with their employees. The employees have been nice and helpful. This is located in a pretty busy area so getting in and out can be crowded and the surrounding roads are quite busy. Currently, masks are required inside the building.

Bad cooking as lettuce was old and you could tell manager was inconvenienced just by her attitude and snobby attitude along with the cook whom couldn’t be bothered for a little butter for the burnt bread and served me and my husband maybe a half cup soup for the 2for2 deal and my husband ordered a full sandwich which and old lettuce on it gross and so much more like the cashier stands there when they are clearly not busy and they all talk and listen to music instead of cleaning tables and so on. Very disappointing and for what little we got and getting sick we won’t return to this location.

Good food but the place could be cleaner. We had to ask them to clean a booth for us, they were all dirty. The kitchen area can be seen and that could also be cleaner. It depends on the one working if they will strive for cleanliness and change gloves often. The sandwiches and salads were tasty but there could be less nodes and stems in the salads. How about more leaves of the lettuce . Sandwich was delicious, no issues. I got the strawberry basil lemonade drink, delicious! A lot of good drink options.

This is how much dressing I’m provided for my salad every time I go here anymore. That’s a 1oz ramekin that’s less than half full. So I get approximately 4 bites of my salad. This is ridiculous. Do better.
