It was my first time coming here and boy did they deliver. I give it 10/10. I got the cheese and broccoli with a toasted Italiano sandwich . It was a pick two with pop for $16 i think but it’s well worth it. Delicious!

Service was efficient. Food came out hot and fresh!!! Mediterranean salad I ordered was just what I wanted! Little grape tomatoes, feta cheese crumbles, real Greek olives. …. it was wonderful! Chai tea was flavorful and creamy hit the spot on a cold December evening. The eating area was dirty, needed a good vacuum.

Extremely disappointed. Who even made this salad? Literally, nothing was correct. They forgot to put the chicken. There WAS onions, although I clearly stated I wanted NONE. I added corn, wonton strips, and mozzarella (that I PAID for), and got NONE of. They even gave me ranch, when I requested balsamic. What’s the point of customizing if they just make it how they want? Well, my lunch is ruined, because I won’t be touching that. Also, they even forgot my chips. How frustrating.

After a 15 year hiatus since my previous visit, I thought I’d give it another try. Not only is everything still overpriced, but the portions are half of what they were. The quality and taste of ingredients doesn’t quite live up to what one should expect from an establishment that boasts of its own premium food products.

Always love this place. Even if the soup comes in large plastic bags it’s always good and I’ve never had a bad sandwich. The pick 2 is always a perfect lunch.

Ordered at kiosk. Very simple to operate, the choices are laid out very simple. The food was very good and it was fairly busy but didn’t take long at all. Kithen staff was very nice and friendly.

Pros: Definitely a healthier option for food in the area. I absolutely love coming here for the salads and the warm quinoa bowls. Most of the time the service is pretty quick with getting your order depending on the time of day, as well as weather outside. Seating outside is available and is quite nice on sunny/mild days, and cooler spring/fall evenings.
Cons: Really the only gripe I have is that when ordering on the kiosks, the last 3 times that I have been there recently, there have been no pagers. Yes, messages can be sent to my phone, but I also feel that returning pagers to kiosk should be done in a timely manner. I am also aware that staff is a little overwhelmed at the moment and I’m sure they are more focused on getting orders completed and out the door versus a convenience thing like a pager.
Overall, I’m relatively satisfied with the food, and the service that was displayed today. Even had a staff member offer to take my empty salad bowl and plate for me.

Not impressed. Company bought out and new changes with remodeling and popular menu items dropped. Once singular booths and individual tables now an open floor plan with long padded bench and long counter like table. Certainly not COVID friendly and lacking privacy, as one finds themselves elbow to elbow with others in a row. Does give the former dated look a more airy, modern feel. Tables were dirty throughout and lacking in attention. Gone are paninis, certain bagels and a few other items, replaced with a limited sandwich and flatbread menu. Still have the half sandwich and side deal so I stayed with the steak and white cheese on artesian ciabatta and the Mac and cheese. Mac was luke warm but still cheesy and enjoyable. Artesian ciabatta had a nice crusty, chewy texture and the steak, white cheddar, tomato and horseradish sauce still a fav. My wife enjoyed the Chipotle chicken avocado melt with smoked pull chicken, Gouda, Peppadew peppers, cilantro, Avocados, kicky chipotle sauce on a black pepper focaccia. Change is good-if done right.

I’m only giving 4 stars because the mac and cheese was only half full for how much they charge.
It was just okay.
It’s fairly plain really need to add pepper add hot sauce.
Maybe I’ll give it something else to try there next time.
