Ordered a bread bowl soup yesterday and received an uncut bread with the soup in a separate cup and the side was missing. The bread was not fresh at all. Ordered a salad today and scheduled it for pick up at 11:40 am. Arrived at 11:45 am, and they haven’t even started preparing. Told them and they checked the order after I talked to them and told me to wait for 20 minutes. No apologies or anything. They were a bit rude. Used to be a frequent visitor, but not anymore.

Outdoor lights were not on nor were lights in drive through. I arrived at 6:45pm and this location closes at 9pm. I was then told to drive forward after paying because it’s “taking too long” without receiving the food I paid for. I think it’s a fair assumption that the staff were trying to appear closed so they could get out early in a Friday afternoon. I’ve already paid and can’t leave, it’s been about 20 minutes.

I don’t know what up with this location, but it’s not well managed. Tried it again after a bad experience a few weeks ago, but never going back again. To start, the lights at the exterior and drive through menu board were off so you couldn’t read the sign. It’s been dark for two hours and they don’t close for two more. I asked if they knew that their lights were off, and got attitude and was told they were on a timer. I get that they have probably been told that a lot, but still. Fix it!! Also the food was not fresh and soup was lukewarm.

Might as well shut this location down, it’s been nothing but frustration for the past few months. Between waiting a HALF AN HOUR in the drive thru (once someone’s behind you you’re trapped), to having no one to take orders at the front counter and having to use the order kiosk and then having only one of THOSE working with a long line to use it, to constantly running out of product, getting orders wrong, employees who appear to take no pride or care in their work… I’m done. It’s sad because Panera used to be the old standby reliable place to go for a quick decent meal. Now it’s overpriced, disappointing, and frustrating to deal with. Do better, 16th St Panera, you’re a mess.

I have probably been to Paneta over 100 times in at least 5 different states. I go there when I travel because it is fast and the Food is healthy and freshly prepared. Today was the first bad experience. It took 30 min to get Food. My salad was missing the chicken. They did offer to remake but I didn’t have time for that. No apology, just handed me the chicken in a cup. The wheat berries on the salad were in a frozen clump! I will not visit this Panera again

I have been sitting in the drive through for almost an hour, at least 45 minutes and I still do not have my sandwich and salad that I preordered to pick up in the drive through. I have been at the window for at least ten minutes just waiting for my order. I never write reviews but this was just too insane not to share ♀️

After a long day of travel to MN, we wanted a quick, low key meal. There was no person at the counter, and 1 kiosk inoperable. Few places to sit down and eat as dishes and food left on many tables. The bus tubs were completely full and stacked up. Lettuce was not fresh or chopped, chili tasted like it was from a can. We frequently visit Panera in our home town. This was truly disappointing.

We visited twice today 3 hrs apart and don’t plan on being back. 20 mins to get a toasted bagel and a plain bagel. Had late lunch and gave them a second chance. No one at front counter. Self ordered. Grabbed our own cups. Wiped down our own table. Microwaved our own two bowls of soup. Gave ourselves a 20% tip.
