I had the caprese baugette sandwich and tomato soup for lunch recently. The sandwich is a foot long! The bread was just crusty enough to be fresh and not too crusty where it hurts your mouth. The soup is always delicious. When you dine in the plating is very attractive. It can get very crowded but its not too loud. The staff are friendly and the establishment is clean. They have wonderful breakfast sandwiches too.

First and last time I’ll eat here. Had a baja warm grain bowl with no added meat, paid ten bucks for a bowl that was less than half full. Not filling at all. See picture. Evidently they need to not fill the bowls in their pictures and commercials.

Service was amazing. Greated right away order checked on right away, even with the wait on my doordash, cuz I arrived early, I ordered myself and enjoy their reward self serve coffee/teas. Yumm also got the Danish creamcheese pizza. What a treat and they only make about 1 a day people. Must try!

I have never seen a manager more rude in my life. I was there to pick up a doordash in which I was told 3 times did not exist before even being asked the order name. What I belive was the manager (a lady with blonde and pink hair) cut off the employee telling me the order wasn’t there to ask me if I was at the wrong location with the snarkiest tone I’ve ever heard. I polightly explained that was the correct one and showed her the app. They somehow found the order 2 seconds later and started it. Wile waiting on the order things got WORSE. Two lovely customers walked up waiting on their order as well. They went to pick up their two drinks and one of them asked if it was theirs and the same Manger that was rude to me, the same Manger who put the girls drinks out and didn’t tell them it was theirs proceded to catch another tone and rolled her eyes saying something I couldn’t catch…. 5 minutes later one of the employees was sent out by the SAME manager to ask why the girls haven’t taken their drinks. When the girl explained she was confused because she heard the Manger say it was a different fruit then what she ordered and the manager literally looked her dead in the face and said “we don’t carry that so obviously it’s your smoothie” as the girl walked away with her drink the manager added “were not berry blends”

Super disappointed. Especially with the $1.99 upcharge for this “tomato cucumber salad”. Normally the bowls are really good but not this time. The teriyaki chicken was very dry and tough; the broccoli was cold and there was not much flavor. Quantity seems to be generously lacking for a $12 dish especially compared to the other bowls I have purchased from Panera in the past (normally 1.5 meals worth, this dinner was supplemented with food from a neighboring restaurant). I cannot emphasize enough how disappointed I am with this $2.00 “salad” also. Come on Panera…

Service is very poor and quality of food is disappointing. They either need to hire more staff or train their current staff better. This is the worst Panera bread I have visited in the country.

The bread is still good but it costs more. The other stuff has gone more and more towards fast food grade. The service goes more electronic than human. But still seems to demand outrageous tips for what isn’t even table service. A go to place for pretentious genZ and millenials.
