Chicken bacon on chibata was delicious. The French onion soup was ok… wasn’t very hot and almost missed the cheese if you weren’t looking for it. I will say I miss the interaction of people. The ordering and paying process is a total turn off for me personally. Some people may like it and it does eliminate “screw ups” o n orders because you do all the work yourself. But I personally find it very unwelcoming and I feel it limits your customer base. Not everyone likes trying to navigate an unfamiliar tablet, under pressure while others are waiting. Again, some people may love it. I personally do not.

I went through the drive-through sick, and was given the wrong food (To be fair, it was just a different BLT than what I ordered so they probably misheard). I called and was a little rude honestly because I was sick but the manager Gage (I think) was absolutely wonderful and validated my concerns and by the end of the call, I was apologizing- They were so kind! Since I was sick, they even threw in some soup and a pastry. Some may say since they messed up, they don’t deserve five stars, but they went above and beyond in rectifying it!

So, stopped to get a loaf of bread and decided to try the new toasted croissant sandwich, Croque Monsieur. Got home and lo and behold only toasted on ONE SIDE. Come on, man. I get that it’s Monday morning. But shouldn’t there be some kind of quality control to check to make sure the sandwich is ACTUALLY toasted on both sides. Sigh.
Not to mention the inside had two of the thinnest pieces of ham I’ve ever seen, one slice of cheese, maybe. Did it taste good? It was OKAY, but it certainly was not worth $10.29! Crazy. Even with your little bag of chips.

Don’t order pick up drive thru at this location as they don’t have a separate line for you to pick up your food from. I figured if they offered this that they’d be like Canes or Culvers next door who offer a separate line or prioritize getting you the food, but they don’t. They also didn’t utilize their drive through spots so I could get my food. It was ready but was sitting there behind those who ordered there and waited until their food was made.

Enjoyed having lunch with my niece, I ordered the French Onion Soup. Although it was very tasty it needed to be hotter. The soup was luke warm, it felt as if it was sitting on the counter for a long time prior to being buzzed with the buzzer. But Panera does make a great soup.

I am a food critic. Today we went to Panera in Brooklyn park. I ordered an Asiago bagel sausage and scrambled egg. What I received was a bagel with spinach, egg, avocado, and tomato’s. I also ordered a peach blueberry smoothy. The smoothy definitely was not what I expected it didn’t taste great but it was ok. My friend ordered a cinnamon bagel with cream cheese and a mix berry parfait and also a peach blueberry smoothy. Her parfait was amazingly watery, and then she added the nuts. She didn’t really like it. Now when I went to open my sandwich I realized it was weird. I was not given the right sandwich. Pictured is that sandwich. The lady at the window was not paying attention to us and I asked her 3 times if she needed my number. She ignored us, she wouldn’t respond. Nothing.all the food we bought totaled $30.38

I have eaten at many Panera’s & this is the worst one I’ve ever done a review for because it’s AWFUL! A friend bought me “grilled” sandwiches here twice, they were not really grilled…more like a normal sandwich with melted cheese! The turkey tasted off, hope I don’t get sick! The last one was chicken and I definitely threw up! I would never buy from here! Will also let my friend know to please never get me food from here again! Be careful with this place.

$12 salad—Panera Bread fail. Worst value I’ve had. The “Asian” salad arrived with barely any romaine—nowhere near filling the container—and the rest was forgettable. The photo on their site? Not what I got. Hard-earned money wasted. The baguette was just tossed in the bag like napkins. For this price, it’s not worth the trip. And everything was plastic—fork, knife, cup, dressing—needless waste. I don’t know what happened to this place, but I’m out.

I visit this place once a week on my way to work for a breakfast sandwich and a coffee.

I don’t know what’s changed over the past month or two, but the last four times I’ve stopped, my experience has been pretty dismal.

On my last visit, I was given a cold breakfast sandwich, the visit before that, I was given a different coffee than what I ordered, the visit before that, I was given a cold coffee (didn’t order a cold coffee), and the visit before that, I ordered a large coffee and was given a small coffee, they did remake it, but I had to park and go in.

I think it’s time to find a new morning coffee spot.
