I Love this Panera location. My only complaint would be with Panera discontinuing the sale of the caffeine punches. I get they’re trying to be natural and healthy, but I really liked 1 of them!!! It was my coffee!!! So no longer participate in the sip club, which is a great deal if they have drinks you like. I don’t like their new all natural punches. But great food and the regular are very nice and give quick service. Highly recommend.

This was by far the best chain restaurant experience I’ve had. Immediately greeted by lovely (and muscular) Graham, who walked me through the menu and gave suggestions. My food came timely, and the furniture was spotless. Everyone on the line was lovely, and beyond kind. It was delicious, and I was waved good bye on my way out. I came in at 11:30, if you are hoping to recreate my experience. Once again, well done to everyone there. Highly recommended, I will be going back.

We love this Panera. The staff is so friendly & accommodating. The food is excellent! I got the autumn Squash Soup & its sooooooooooo good! This is by far my favorite Panera Bread. Nice atmosphere, soft lights & music.

They make good strong coffee here.

They could clean the place up a little.

Poor quality and inconsistent baking. I live in walking distance of this location. I can’t tell you how many times this location has either given me the wrong order, completely miss items ordered or this very serious undercooked pastry. The spinach artichoke soufflé used to be a favorite now, more and more these simple pastry are uncooked because they’re tossed in the oven at the wrong temperature. Puffed pastry on should not be soggy, and laced with cheese. Restaurants have food specifications to each item this one fails every time. I usually let time pass and try again or if something really just wasn’t right I’ll call or go back in. This time I was offered a receipt , utensils or even a bag.

This place has really good service. I always feel like I’m being treated well and served good food.
Only thing that’s confusing is that they serve breakfast sandwiches on croissants but you can’t get a plain croissant. Go figure I guess.
My go-to here for breakfast is a cinnamon crunch bagel. I’ve never had a bagel that hits the spot like that one. It’s sweet, crunchy, and flavorful. I did have a small issue though, that all bagels get toasted together so the garlicky, oniony, flavor of an everything bagel gets transferred onto my cinnamon bagel. If you have allergies you might want to disclose this.
My favorite lunch food is the wild rice soup and mac and cheese. I wouldn’t recommend getting a bread bowl, though, because it only fits a cup size of soup. Overall, a great place to grab a bite

The employees wouldn’t even look up from their phones and when I did get their attention they had attitudes. Good has really gone down hill. So on that note I won’t be coming back to this location.

Ouch! Not the best Panera experience… First of all the place is hard to find in the daylight as it blends in with the rest of a massive strip mall. (Although I imagine it’s quite easy to find at night.) Service was ok … Although my food is no longer warm because the pager never went off. The only reason I have the food is because I went in search of what was taking so long to … … … toast a bagel.

This is atypical for Panera.

All this being said I am CERTAIN that if I went up to the manager – who I can see actively working his butt off keeping the place clean – he would not only let me keep my current food he would remake the entire thing for free in an instant. THAT’S how good Panera is – THAT’S how I know today is a fluke. (And who knows maybe the battery was just dead in the pager.)

As part of my job I travel the United States. I make it a point to find the nearest Panera to my hotel and bookmark it. I really can’t say enough good things about Panera.

One of the worst Panera experiences I’ve ever had. Came here for dinner. I was immediately told to use the iPad to order, even with three workers standing behind the front counter, standing there talking and doing nothing. As I’m waiting for my order and during my meal, one of the workers is loud, vacuuming the dining area, and yelling things like “it’s too close to closing to give scrap anymore,” while slamming tables back into place after vacuuming. Also during our meal, a DoorDash delivery driver came in to look for an order. The same worker that was vacuuming came back to the back area near my table to complain to other coworkers about that order that he didn’t want to do, then returned to be rude and short to the driver. On top of all of this, the restaurant is dirty. Food everywhere on surfaces, tables, and the floor. This location needs serious attention, and I hope it can get its act together.

Everything is always good, especially when I’m not , if it’s a typical chest congestion sore throat etc. As soon as I get the 1st sign of being sick, Panera Bread is the only way to get better & a box of saltines I think it is going on 15 years of needing their noodle soup, so I don’t have to make anything to eat. I’ve always ordered 2 and saved the 2nd for my next meal
