We love this Panera. The staff is so friendly & accommodating. The food is excellent! I got the autumn Squash Soup & its sooooooooooo good! This is by far my favorite Panera Bread. Nice atmosphere, soft lights & music.

I would say this is the worst substyle sandwich on the market, epic fail should be pulled off the menu, Sandwiches look nothing like they do in the pictures on the menu or on the commercials, When I complained about how dry the sandwiches were and the lack of ingredients I was told if I don’t like it maybe I should order something different next time, SMH.

Guy taking order was rude and didn’t want to be there (atleast it appeared that way). I had to ask for glass and my bakery item. Then it took 15 minutes for soup (which was already made). The restaurant was pretty empty. Not more than 10 tables tops. When asking for assistance got attitude. Not a good experience. Not sure I would go back to thos location.

Service is terrible. I ordered food on the machine and got charged and didn’t get put on the list of names. Went up to show them the charges and they were telling me they didn’t know what to do. One of the workers I asked to help siad in a stern voice said “I’m taking an order” while just standing there so she wouldn’t help me. Had to talk to the owner and have her make my food after I showed the charges on my card. Absolute horrendous service.

What happened to this location? I realize many places are understaffed right now but my last experience here made me never want to return. I waited a long time to place my order, despite only 1 party ahead of me and 4 employees walking by the counter not even making eye contact. Once I placed my order I waited 40 minutes for my food, soup was lukewarm and sandwich sloppy.

The workers here are the absolute slowest workers in a food service joint around the entire twin cities area. I’m sure the food is good, but it might take until your newborn retires just to get fed.
