This location is a hit or miss. Lately it’s been a miss. Last time I ordered lunch for our business they threw everything in the bag including my warm bowl on it’s side. Didn’t notice until I got back to work and when I lifted the bag all the liquid ran all over me .

250 sat afternoon ,a very dead time and worst all time service and rude counter person and mgmt should be immediately fired. On December 18, 2020, I ordered from the Modern Caprese Sandwich and chicken noodle soup from the You pick Two (sandwich + soup and side choice of chips) options on the menu although the food was very tasty and yummy. It was expensive, especially for the portion and the food not coming with a drink.

Ordering tablets were in “guest mode” which means you can’t use your Panera account, including sip club. The only option for that was to wait in a long line at the counter to order. The whole point of sip club is that it is cheap and fast, if you have to either pay full price or wait in a long line that defeats the purpose.

Well, my girlfriend and I tried out the Panera app to order since curbside would be easier with my girlfriend’s broken foot. When we received our order, we discovered that the salad was mostly tortilla strips. Now, it does seem like it was an issue with the app not clicking or unclicking what we had clicked to add so it came out not even looking like a salad. They should have noticed our “salad” didn’t look like a salad and they could have called us.(below is an example of the “salad” they gave us, after taking out some of the tortilla strips) They also forgot about my flat bread pizza that I ordered entirely. We tried calling but it was dinner time so no answer. We had to go in to get this corrected. They didn’t offer any refund or extras, they just simply took our order again. We were quite hungry at the beginning of this so we became increasingly more frustrated. Upon arriving home, my girlfriend went through her salad and found cilantro (which was not even supposed to be in the salad she ordered), also disgusting slimy pieces of lettuce. As if they did this on purpose for coming in and complaining. Not a good experience. Won’t be eating Panera anytime in the foreseeable future.

I’m not sure if it’s supposed to be like this but my kitchen sink cookie was soooooo salty. Ridiculously salty that I couldn’t taste any sweetness from the chocolate. It tasted like a cookie someone accidentally put salt instead of sugar. Wasted 4 dollars.
