I won’t be going during evenings again! All I tasted was bread (that was hard enough to break a tooth and sauce!) And hardly any meat. Server’s were more concerned about their personal conversation than customers.

I did an online order and received a text that my order was ready. I showed up, and the parking was herendous. Walking into the restaurant was complete pandemonium. I understand it was lunchtime, but it was seriously overwhelming. I walked over to the shelf to grab my order, and it wasn’t there. I stood in line and asked the cashier for help. She said it’s on the shelf. I said it wasn’t. She was super rude and not helpful. So I walked over again, and my order was just being placed on the shelf. I had to push through the line to get my drink and finally was able to leave. When I got to my car, I realized part of my order was missing. I ordered online since I only got 30 minutes for lunch, but it took 15 minutes just to get my order, so I didn’t have time to go back in. I called the store, and the manager was very kind and refunded my missing items. My broccoli soup looked like it had been sitting and needed a good stir. My sandwich was good and fresh. I’m not sure I’ll be back, though. I was kind of disappointed.

I went on a 98 degree day! My U-Haul A/C really wasn’t AC’ing. Lol anyways, I don’t want to get too personal with all that took place. But I ended up having a allergic reaction and Val and Amanda took very good care of me. I meant to tell them both THANK YOU AGAIN!!!

Came in 15 min before closing and the lady at the register gave me a weird look and just told me “don’t you know we’re closing in 15 minutes?” In a rather snarky tone. Now I’ll be honest, I didn’t know they were closing in 15 minutes, I never really go to Panera and didn’t know their hours, but for some reason I was craving it that day. I felt very unwelcome so I decided that I all of a sudden was not craving Panera, and I probably will decide to go elsewhere after this interaction. I’ve worked customer service before, heck I’ve had a bus full of kids come in 5 min before closing all wanting messy ice cream out of a machine we had just taken apart to clean but, we still served them. It’s just not hard to do the right thing and try and be a sparkle in someone else’s day. They had an opportunity to turn me into a returning customer, but I’ll go elsewhere after this.

Quick place to grab lunch if you don’t mind the driving/parking nightmare that is getting past the Costco gas lines. Sat outside on the patio, lots of tables, very few chairs outside. Cashier was very good at suggestive selling larger sizes and adding drinks and bakery items.
