Let’s do better about understanding taking orders and training employees on how to read them. Also the new Buffalo Chicken Take Sandwich was DRENCHED in Buffalo sauce lol… Ordered that and some broccoli cheddar mac and cheese, with chips and the sandwich. When I got home I noticed I got a baguette with regular mac and cheese and a sloppy sandwich… Not particularly thrilled. Had I wanted a baguette I would have ordered the broccoli cheese soup to dip this stale bread into…. Accuracy matters? So does attention to detail… 2 stars only because the cashier was polite at least and the charged lemonade stuff is quite refreshing.

My family went two days in a row.
The first, we noticed the portions were smaller than usual. My bowl also had Chipotle sauce added for some reason.
The second day, when we wanted to give them another shot, saw smaller portions and chicken added to a vegetarian meal.
I’ve seen that taking orders correctly seems to be an issue as is making them correctly. Sadly, this is 90 percent of the point of a place like this.
We won’t be back to this location, for sure.

Food was delicious and consistent as always. 97% of the time we get exactly the same quality and quantity as every other location we eat at. Can’t wait till I get the chili bread bowl next time, now that the cold weather is coming back.

I love the self serve kiosks and rapid pick up. Staff are friendly and helpful. They bring the food to your table and take dirty dishes away for you. Food is good. Lots of options for breakfast and lunch. No drive through at this location. Down side is the parking can be difficult at busy times.

Ordered a large bowl of soup that it is half empty, why would you just serve it on a bigger bowl when they give the same amount of a small cup of soup! If someone want to eat here do not order a large soup, order a small one cause is the same if not more for your money, I wouldn’t recommend eating here.

The newly updated Panera is very bright and appealing. It seems much friendlier and inviting. The coffee was hot and well stocked this morning, but the microwave seems to have disappeared. I ordered my souffle ahead for pick-up because there is never one in the case when I get there. I’m used to being able to warm it up and sit a spell while I visit with my parents, but this morning was not able to do that. With so few breakfast options in MG, I will definitely be back for another visit.
