Paid $11 for Mac and cheese. Receipt had a tick mark on it as if they checked to make sure the item was in the bag. The item was in fact, not in the bag. Soup and sandwich sucked. Paid $20 and I’m still hungry. The app to submit an issue with an order is so bad it’s infuriating. Stop going here, the panera bread we once knew is gone, this place absolutely sucks all around.

I ordered the pick 2, beef cheesesteak & their new salad with crunchy beet strips. Chicken, feta, walnut, & pumpkin seeds. The cheesesteak overall was very dry, but the meat was tender. The salad had good flavor, the lettuce was not crisp & i didn’t see much for pumpkin seads. 1/2 way through eating the salad my body rejected it. The cheesesteak was not rejected just dry.

Okay, you have to make your own iced coffee LOL. You pay for a specialty coffee but you need to assemble it. The cups are on one side of the restaurant and the coffee is on the other. Then you have to go collect your food at the counter. If you don’t have a lot of time for lunch, you might want to go somewhere, but it’s more convenient to be served all in one go.

If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT eat at this store. The manager Nou is disrespectful to new employees and overall just seems like he has no clue how to run a store properly. From mold all over the milk coolers too the lack of actual manager help. Not very clean at all. You will get sick if you eat here. Employees don’t change gloves properly or wash their hands regularly as well. Overall this Panera sucks and if they were to get audited TODAY they would definitely be losing tons of points.

We love Panera, but the reason why this particular location and our experience today only deserved a 4 star is because they were out of a few things and their bakery items were nearly empty… My BBQ Chicken Sandwich came out perfect, so not much to say about that and my sons pizza was also great.
However, my wifes favorite part is the Tomato Basil Bread for her sandwich which they were out of… her Turkey sandwich did not taste the same and she actually didn’t eat half of it.
It really depends on what you typically get, but you could be sorely disappointed if they are out of your favorites. However, for me personally, it was great!

I love Panera and this may be my new favorite location. However, I did give 4 stars because they were out of a lot of stuff and I couldn’t order what I really wanted.

Haven’t had Panera in a while. Glad I had it today, Yum. Had the broccoli cheese soup and a pepperoni, sausage flatbread pizza. Sausage was not my favorite. I’ll just have plain pepperoni next time. SOUP and bread was Amazing.

I came here on my lunch break. I ordered the pick two 1/2 sandwich and 1/2 salad. My sandwich was the bacon turkey bravo. It was good. My only complaint is how sweet the bread is but I would still order it again. My salad was the bbq chicken. It was delicious. I would order that again too. I needed a perk me up so I ordered a small Madagascar vanilla iced coffee. It was wonderful. My experience here was good. Terry the guy who took my order was nice and helpful. I will return to this location.

I stick to a keto diet so hadn’t considered Panera as an option but just wanted a quick bite in the area while I did a bit of work. A new friend suggested the salads here and said the coffee was great so I gave them a try. She was right. The green goddess salad was quite good and very filling even without a side. The dark coffee was quite tasty and my spot by the fireplace was comfortable and had a plug-in handy for my computer. It was a great choice!
