I love a good soup and salad so I enjoy Panera. We frequent this location because it’s close to home. We always have a good customer service experience but give 3 stars because they are almost always out of things here and we end up not being able to get what we originally wanted to order. Sometimes the baguettes, sometimes the focaccia bread for sandwiches, and even the ingredients for any of the warm bowls.

Haven’t had Panera in a while. Glad I had it today, Yum. Had the broccoli cheese soup and a pepperoni, sausage flatbread pizza. Sausage was not my favorite. I’ll just have plain pepperoni next time. SOUP and bread was Amazing.

The place is not cleaned at all well… The food quality seems to have declined. The cream of chicken wild rice soup was way too thick with mostly just the cream anyway and the toasted steak sandwich was a total waste. It was tasty but only two bites big.The fountain drink was okay, the oatmeal raisin coomie was good as usual, and the kettle chips are good.

Food always delicious. We took our food to go this time and there was no eating utensils I understand they don’t give eighty utensils to save money but usually when people order to go they need them. My salad was placed under my food which I know understand is because heat rises. Maybe it should be put in a different bag.
