Interestingly, the restroom had a code lock, where the code is conveniently listed at the bottom of the receipt. It would have been more convenient if the restaurant could inform customers about the code when they place their order instead of requiring them to find it by the bathroom door. This would save them unnecessary trips back and forth. Additionally, what happens if a customer throws away their receipt? In that case, they would need to return to the front desk and request a code, which could be an additional task for the front desk staff.
For the price charged, this level of quality is frustrating and frankly unacceptable. I expect a homestyle soup to be hearty, properly prepared, and served hot — none of which were met. The flavor was bland, the portion of actual ingredients was minimal, and the temperature made it clear that little care was taken.
This experience has left a very negative impression, and I would not order this soup again. I wanted to make this issue known, as it did not come close to justifying the cost or meeting basic expectations.
Today, the self order kiosk explicitly told me to grab my own drink from the self service area. I asked an employee where the cups are and they rudely told me it comes out with the meal. Not only is their processes non-aligned but they don’t even want you to be hydrated while you wait for them to slowly make their nasty food
Not a good sign with the experience sucks before your food even comes out.
