HORRIBLE RUDE STAFF! The restaurant was nearly empty. Staff took 9 minutes to acknowledge us even standing right in front of us. Then when the she finally acknowledged us she was RUDE & CONDESCENDING as if we were a burden for ordering food. I have autism & PTSD. I shouldn’t have to be ABUSED & MISTREATED & MOCKED & EYE ROLLED while trying to get a meal. I will NEVER be coming back to this location. If you are neurodivergent this is NOT A SAFE PLACE. I LEFT IN TEARS.

Ordered the Soup/Sandwich Duet which they advertise on their website… it’s not shown on the order display board behind the counter. It’s a great meal at a budget friendly price. The friends that joined me at Panera both ordered a salad that had strawberries included. They said it was very tasty. We sat and visited for quite a while after we finished eating. The staff cleared our table with no pushing for us to leave as their lunch rush was over.

Unfortunate that many food chains after the pandemic continue to have poor management, taste, and service, and this location has followed suit. My most recent time here has been such a let down that I wanted to share my experience. I’m not one to usually complain or go out of my way to write reviews all the time, much less actually ask for a refund from an establishment, but the hour long wait time for one dine in breakfast sandwich (which never arrived), and the lack of communication and service has been one of the most unpleasant I’ve had in a long time. There was barely acknowledgement by staff of the folks waiting by the pick up area, names were not being called once the orders were ready, orders that actually were made were 50/50 on being accurate or were too cold and needed to be warmed up again. There didn’t seem to be any direction given to the staff that were working and stumbling through orders, and there was a lack of management in stepping in to figure out why orders were taking so long. It was confusing who the manager was because the individual that eventually gave me a refund (which wasn’t even my correct order I realized later) barely acknowledged me, and had initially disappeared somewhere for a few mintues without saying anything when I had asked for a refund. They barely uttered an apology or reasoning as to why things were so slow. I would have been more understanding had I and other patrons been acknowledged and a simple “we’re short staffed/new staff” or “thank you for waiting” would have sufficed and made it less frustrating but I understand it really is the lack of a supportive upper management that is the cause of the poor customer service and work flow. I will not be visiting again or recommending this franchise.

i currently have food poisoning because they haven’t cleaned the self serve station in god knows how long. The tea shouldn’t make my mouth TINGLE. that means it’s FERMENTING !! it also smells rancid. i’m so angry that i drank a big gulp before realizing. i will never come to this location ever again and i’ve been a regular for over a year. i’m so incredibly disappointed. your staff is walking around doing nothing half the time – they can’t take 15 minutes to deep clean the self serve station ???

Today was the first time I ordered the pepperoni flatbread pizza. Wow! It was huge, enough for two meals, and delicious! I also had the Strawberry Poppyseed salad and as usual it was the BOMB! I wish you could make that salad year round, even if you have to raise the price bc it’s out of season in the winter. Please consider it. Your employeeare very nice, efficient, and on the ball. Strawberry banana smoothie tasted like pure yogurt and mac n cheese noddles were all broken up and super super soft. If I’m right, I know that mac n cheese comes in a bag and all they do is heat it up, so that could be why but still :/
