Just unbelievable slow. Don’t go through drive through unless you have a hour of your time set aside. Workers seem to be having a jolly good time together but rude to customers. $11 Mac and cheese only half way full and missing the bacon. Legit look how they cut my bagel. What a joke.

It’s a fancy place and the price reflects that. Service is great, food is a bit too fancy for my liking, but I’m a picky eater. There is enough options to find something yummy even so though!
Place is clean, lots of seating and staff are willing to help you get the most out of your visit by switching out a soup if you don’t enjoy it, or moving tables so that you can sit with your family.
We have come twice now, once for breakfast and once for dinner. It’s not quite my ideal place, but I have enjoyed it each time.

This Panera is either new or has been remodeled. It feels a little more spacious than others. My mom and I each had a duet meal with no beverages and our total was $15.01. That is the most adorable Panera meal that I have ever had. Food was tasty. The only negative about today’s visit was that it was a bit slow even though the place was not very crowded.

I was forced to use their kiosk today, since there was nobody at the register. I used to go to Panera to get work done when I was studying to become a teacher. I always loved the atmosphere at their old place down White Bear Avenue. This one has more of a bus station feel. And, it is a little tattered around the edges.
Also, I liked the people who were working at the old location. Nice manager, he would always come around to say hi to the regulars. I guess we have moved with the times and have become more impersonal but efficient.

HORRIBLE RUDE STAFF! The restaurant was nearly empty. Staff took 9 minutes to acknowledge us even standing right in front of us. Then when the she finally acknowledged us she was RUDE & CONDESCENDING as if we were a burden for ordering food. I have autism & PTSD. I shouldn’t have to be ABUSED & MISTREATED & MOCKED & EYE ROLLED while trying to get a meal. I will NEVER be coming back to this location. If you are neurodivergent this is NOT A SAFE PLACE. I LEFT IN TEARS.

– The Value Duet is basically a kid’s meal with soup. Also the size of the soup cup shrunk considerably. It is suitable for someone with a small appetite but may not satisfy an average adult. It’s annoying that you cannot choose your flavor of soup.
– Would like to see public recycling and compost offered at Panera; both Ramsey and Washington County offer excellent options for both. Panera advertises “respect for the planet” as a company practise so would make sense to include responsible waste recepticles.

This does look like some sort of worm… we were looking at it and cut it in half and it happened to leak. The mac n cheese is microwaved in a bag so I’m not really sure how anything else would be in there??? This is gross no matter what it is. Normally I’m not like this but it had been firm and slimy feeling.

My roommate and I ordered pickup through the drive through and when we got home we realized that they had put bacon bits instead of bacon strips on my roommates BLT sandwich. They had also forgot my side of chips and forgot his baguette side. I wish they would have reached out or told us when we got there that they were out of bacon as we would have ordered something else instead. Please reach out to your customers when you are out of product so we are not throwing our money away!
