Place is clean, lots of seating and staff are willing to help you get the most out of your visit by switching out a soup if you don’t enjoy it, or moving tables so that you can sit with your family.
We have come twice now, once for breakfast and once for dinner. It’s not quite my ideal place, but I have enjoyed it each time.
I called and spoke to a manager and was promised a coupon for a meal. It has been two weeks and have received nothing.
Today I wanted to place an order for Panera, and remembered the above. I decided that as much as i would like to enjoy some Panera food, that you cannot be trusted.
Also, I liked the people who were working at the old location. Nice manager, he would always come around to say hi to the regulars. I guess we have moved with the times and have become more impersonal but efficient.
– Very busy during lunch; expect a longer wait.
– As a mom, I appreciate the “kid friendly” healthy selections.
– The Value Duet is basically a kid’s meal with soup. Also the size of the soup cup shrunk considerably. It is suitable for someone with a small appetite but may not satisfy an average adult. It’s annoying that you cannot choose your flavor of soup.
– Would like to see public recycling and compost offered at Panera; both Ramsey and Washington County offer excellent options for both. Panera advertises “respect for the planet” as a company practise so would make sense to include responsible waste recepticles.
