Really gross food which is sad because I have never had a problem with Panera and I love their broccoli cheddar soup but today I order the cheddar broccoli soup and a turkey sandwich and the soup had this hard rubber substance in it which I have never seen and when I asked the worker about it she assured me it was cheese…doesn’t look like cheese. Anyways won’t be coming back here again and wasted $20

Pretty Good, ordered a couple of soups and sandwich. Black bean and chicken noodle and they accidently gave me 2 chicken noodles which was ok as my mom isn’t feeling good and I can get the black bean later. The employees were very kind and helpful though

It’s been a number of years since my wife and I visited a Panera, but we decided to go on the suggestion of our 6 year old granddaughter. It was a Friday evening at about 7 PM so the restaurant was fairly unpopulated — this gave us the opportunity to have more of a back-and-forth with the person taking our order, which was nice as he was very engaging. I had no idea what I would get when we walked in but I opted for a sandwich ( with chips ) and some soup, both of which were quite tasty. When we were about halfway done with our meal, I turned to my wife and said that I really had no idea why we hadn’t been back here for the last few years but that I was looking forward to retuning soon. Recommended !

I ordered an egg white breakfast sandwich and they were out of the bagel they normally use so they asked me to pick a different bagel. I said fine, Put it on the asiago cheese. When I came to pick it up at the window, I ate in the facility, the waiter behind pick up window said that looks like it’s a little overdone. It was toasted too much. Didn’t look bad to me and I said no, that’s fine. He said don’t let me redo it and I said no I want you to waste a bagel. He said OK can I give you a free sweet from the front counter? So he gave me a free slice of cranberry orange bread, which I love. I’ll see that kind of attention very often.

We were on a road trip and happened upon this restaurant just as we were getting hungry.
I ordered the Green Goddess Chicken Cobb salad and my companion had the Grilled Chicken & Avocado BLT. The food is reliable and somewhat healthy across the chain which makes it perfect when you’re on a road trip. One slight negative is that the handful of individually packed condiments has had something spilled on them.

The young man that took my order was friendly, patient, and informative.
I got the 1/2 chx ranch salad, 1/2 chx bacon rancher, and banstrawb smoothly. Food was very good.
I found a few tables dirty. They were not very busy and I didn’t see anyone clean the table for the 20 mins I wad eatting my food so I took 2 stars off the Atmosphere and one off the total rating. Otherwise it was a good experience.
I would eat here again.

I waited in the drive through for 30 minutes.
They also got my sandwiches mixed up. I ordered BBQ chicken and they gave me Chicken Bacon Ranch instead.

I usually like Panera restaurants. I came for my birthday today because it sounded good. But I ordered two bowls of soup and a grilled cheese sandwich and two lattes. Everything was cold when we got it, and it took a really long time – while I watched many other people’s names pop to the top of the “ready” board that weren’t there at all when we ordered.
My food had to be sitting on a counter somewhere getting cold instead of being put up for us- my French onion soup bread bowl had melted cheese on top but the cheese was cold and congealed and while the bottom of the soup was still hot, the top was cold.
My husband’s chili was the same way. His grilled cheese was slightly warm. Our coffees were lukewarm.
This is not the service I expect from Panera.

We waited for a long time in the drive through only for the food to be wrong anyway and my long awaited bread bowl to be hard Missing an add on (lettuce) is one thing, forgetting the bacon in a chicken bacon rancher is ridiculous. Honestly, even if it had been made properly, $28 for the pathetic amount of food we received is just absurd. Panera is nothing like I remember and it’s a shame.

Need Management. Just came from this place. Went in to have a coffee and a pastry. All 3 regular coffee containers where empty. I informed the cashier and she said she would get some made. Came back 5 to 10 minutes later and still no coffee. I visited with my friend and choked down the pastry dry. When it was time to leave I asked if I could get a credit for the coffee. I was told just to fill it up now. I told her that I don’t drink coffee when I drive. She said she can’t help me. I told her that I would not be back. She said Whoa sarcastically. Poor Service. I won’t be back.
