Placed a few catering orders here recently. Food was ready when I arrived and packed correctly for travel. Staff was friendly and courteous. Food was of decent predictable Panera quality. Easy in, easy out location off the highway with ample parking.

Food is always good. But the dining area was horrible. Tables were dirty, garbage container was overfill with dirty plates, etc. The floors were messy undesirable. Very sad.

Terrible experience. We used their catering service for a work event. Ordered food for 45 people and they only sent 36 pastry items and were 1/2 hour late fore delivery. When I called to express my concerns I was told “there is nothing we can do about it”. They have lost a customer!
