Wow! This was the best takeout breakfast we have found in the area. Everything was so fresh and absolutely delicious! We ordered the cinnamon raisin bagel, cinnamon crunch bagel, honey walnut cream cheese, Steak and Wake breakfast sandwiches with green goddess sauce, a four cheese souffle, an iced chai tea latte and a Green Goddess Avocado toast. Every single item was phenomenal! We ordered through Doordash and the way everything was packaged kept the items warm and correctly oriented. I don’t know what I was expecting, but my expectations were far exceeded! I will be ordering Panera more often going forward. Warm, fresh, and guilt free delicious food!

First time trying- was not impressed. I ordered via DoorDash. No silverware was provided so I was unable to eat the Mac. My coffee had no sticker on the top to indicate it has not been tampered with. This will be my first and last time.

I was driving through and saw that you have a Panera bread in Wausau and I was so excited about it. I went in there and the manager. Lisa was amazing. She took care of my order right away. I had questions about gluten-free products and she answered those and suggested a few other things. I ended up getting a bunch of bagels for my family and they all loved it thank you so much Lisa for your help. You were so nice and I appreciate that you don’t get that very often anymore from people. It was nice to be treated like family

I went at 5:30. There was nobody manning the counter. Had to order online to get food. One worker was loudly complaining about people’s orders in the kitchen and used the F word when she dropped something. The conversation traveled through the whole restaurant. So much for a family-friendly environment.

I came in because I was waiting for a prescription to be filled at Walgreens across the street. I initially asked about cookies and was told they were in the oven as the store was a little behind. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and a hot chocolate. I went to the bathroom leaving my drink there as I dont bring drinks in the bathroom. I came back out and they threw it out. I asked them to remake it which they did. The offered me some random cookie which I can understand they were trying to do something but fresh would have been better so they could have just asked me. Its negative temperatures today and this was not how I wanted to start out my morning.

What a joke. Came here with my family and spent around $70. The ice machine was out of order and when it was time to get our food they didn’t have chicken and rice soup and the order was incomplete. Without asking they personally substituted the soups with something different. No consideration of possibility of food allergies. This is the second time this location has disappointed. Maybe it’s a management thing but we won’t be back.

Not impressed. Last night I ordered the chicken garden caprice but with added chicken. The guy then said “if you get the chicken fontega and replace the chipollete with the garlic sauce and then add the lettuce it will be the exact same” I said ok. Only to find out they didnt put the dark green lettuce on my sandwich like I asked they put iceberg lettuce on it. Not following what my origional order was. Then they said they would remake it. They remade it but fast. And after I pulled out I took a bite and the chicken was cold in the middle. Not worth 15 dollars for one sandwich. They also didnt give em a baget and didnt even ask if I wanted one.

Horrible…I was in drive through for over a half hour & had to leave without food after I was to the window for over 10 min waiting. Worst service I ‘ve ever experienced, seriously. Close your drive-through if you’re that busy because there’s no way to get out of line!!!!
I was warned it would be 20 min. as I ordered, it was at least twice that. My refunded money does nothing to replace my time nor the fact that I’m still hungry & need food. I won’t be back anytime soon.

hair found in two different types of soup, called to talk, they told me to throw the food away and come back for a refund, We went back the lady tried to argue with us and then told us to bring the food that she had told us to throw away in, but luckily we hadn’t. On top of having to wait five minutes for salt and pepper and get no spoons with our three soups. If I could’ve gave you negative stars, I would have

We entered the store at the Wausau location and was greeted by Ryan who was a very nice staff person. He was very helpful and personal with a bubbly personality. We really enjoyed visiting with Ryan while taking our order.
