Pretty disappointed, the chicken noodle soup I got was not their usual soup. It looks and tastes just like campbells chunky soup. Makes me feel like they ran out and just bought some from the store thinking people wouldn’t notice. Definitely not going back for the soup if that’s what it’s going to be like from now on

Great place to meet friends for a quick lunch. The place could use a Very deep cleaning of the dining area. Its ready for a remodel or refresh. Still a grrat place to meet friends.

Went there for some feel good chicken noodle soup, or another as long as their were NO ONIONS. I asked if the chicken noodle had onions. The cashier said no, just celery that looks similar. She checked with someone and again said, no their are no onions in the chicken noodle. Floating on top was an onion, and low and behold it was floating right next to a peice of celery. Showing the cashier this she swears its celery. I will projectile vomit if I even feel the texture of an onion. Im not able to control it and is why I asked.
Shame Penera, train your employees better.

I usually love Panera, and the Kitchen Sink cookie I ate yesterday was amazing, but I was not a fan of the “black bean soup” I ate. The description stated that it had celery, onions, peppers, etc., and with a side of avocado that I ordered, I thought it would be great. While the TASTE was great, the soup itself was just not appetizing looking at all. In fact, it looked exactly like they’d opened up a can of black beans and ladled it into the bowl (undrained). I saw zero other vegetables in the thick, black broth. Like I said. It tasted great, but I had to look away to get myself to eat it. The avocado helped a little, but it couldn’t make up for the lack of color and other textures. Loved that cookie, though, so that’s why I gave this visit a 4.

Went here a week ago 1/20/22. Very good. Service was great. Actually dined it. Staff professional and helpful. My- all the wonderful looking treats and ohhhh so good(I bet) but not so healthy for me! Lol. Had sound and bread. My friend had some soup and Asian salad. We both loved our food. Very good. All fresh.

I like coming here for school work and a treat. But the doors on the north side of the building are ridiculous. Thru should be emergency exit only like they were for many years. When it’s 5° outside people hold them open and it’s awful to be seated in the front dining area.

I love panera I’ve been going to panera since I was young. That being said I have seen the quality of food go down over the years. Not to say that the food is bad I mean I still go there but compared to what it used to be it’s just not the same. For the price of the food I really do wish it still had the same quality that it used to have. Other than that the staff are always really nice and the inside is really clean. I would still recommend going but I do miss the old panera.

I don’t know exactly what happened, but panera is disgusting now, from the salads to the soups to the weird, lower quality bread for the sandwhiches and as a side. That coupled with the fact that soup and a salad is 23$ I’d rather go pretty much anywhere else at this point. I can’t believe the quality has slipped this much while the prices have skyrocketed.

2/24 my wife wanted a salad. She said to come here. How is it possible you don’t have the tomatoes for the salad, but yet charge full price??? HY-VEE blocks away. Service is horrible!!!!! So I get home and open my bag to see there is no turkey chili!!!!! But on the bright side, there are two soups in my bag, neither of them I like? Just out of curiosity, what skills do you look for in an employee/ manager?
Update 2/11/24
My wife wanted to have something healthier for lunch. She asked to go to Panera. I just wanted to thank you for the extra hair that was on my sandwich. I put it to the side in case I was interested in it later!
Just ordered food, from Green Bay, for the family. Got home and dished it out and I will tell you that their food is pretty good. The problem that seems to reoccur is quantity. I tried the smokehouse BBQ sandwich (a half portion). There was barely, yes barely, two bites of chicken on that sandwich. For $5.89 to get one piece of bread (cut in half), a half of a piece of cheese. And a forkful of chicken is simply unacceptable.

Atmosphere was good (visiting it today 02-17-2019). Food was good. After finishing my bagel and reduced fat cream cheese, I noticed that I was given an expired cream cheese dated 01-19-2019.
I brought this up to attention of the server, and she told her manager. I went to see her to make sure they remove the expired items from their bins. Manager asked me if I ate the cream cheese. I said well yes, I noticed it after the fact when the empty tub was upside down. Basically you were not to sell one month old expired item. “She said, Oh! Let me see what I could do”. She left me waiting for another 15-20 min. The manager never came back and totally forgot about it. We left Panera in Green Bay and here is the picture of the expired item and the manager continuing making coffee and ignoring what she said and to address my concern. My little also had part of my bagel with cream cheese.
