I had some soup and a smoothie delivered to my place of work and I’m not happy about this smoothie. First it didn’t come with a straw but it did come on the rocks. Big chucks of ice in my smoothie. Not want I wanted at all.

Ridiculous. I stopped at the junction road location tonight. After looking at the menu, I decided on the spicy steak Asiago bagel stack. When I ordered I was told they were out of the bagel stack, but if I wanted steak, that they could still make the ciabatta cheesesteak. I agreed to that, but when I asked about the difference between te half and full, the girl working the register couldn’t tell me the size difference with her hands. She just offered the information that the half was half of the full size. Really…. so I order a half and a bowl of broccoli soup. When I got home and opened the order, I only received a cup of soup. When I opened the sandwich, it was made on the bagel stack! There was hardly anything on the sandwich either. Absolutely not worth the $15 I was charged.

Hey girlfriend, this is a great place to go for lunch. Good food plenty of seating sometimes it does get crowded but that’s what any place these days. They have a great assortment of bakery items. Also good coffee nice assortment of cheese to choose from and a good menu. They had had a little bit of a downswing for a while with their service but it’s gotten a lot better so it’s just a lovely place to have lunch with a friend

This is one of the best Panera store that I’ve been to. Very clean, well managed and always fresh food. The store manager Paulo is a wonderful guy and very hospitable and jovial. I ordered some cakes and pastries to take home but Paulo refused to let me pay. If you’re in town, do visit this store for some great food and engaging conversation.

Won’t be back. Awful experience. Lots of other better choices for lunch or dinner. Waited in line for 5 mins. Finally used their kiosk that wasn’t working correctly. Took them 3 tries to get a salad correct.
This is the third straight visit where that location has had issues. The last time they didn’t have all the ingredients for our order. Said “ok” and added extra protein. Panera then charged me considerably more for the entree; didn’t have all the ingredients advertised but then charged me MORE. Be aware, Panera does NOT subtract when their customers don’t receive all ingredients, but have no problem charging more when you add to.

The French onion soup was so delicious and the Chai Tea Latte also good. Of course the bread was what it should be as per having the translation of breadbasket in the name. The chicken sandwiches are NOT a fully sauced covered chicken but rather a drizzle of sauce, legitimately as pictured in their menus. If your expectations are to have a form of full sauce covered chicken sandwich, this is not the place for that just a FYI.
I had to ask for a table to be cleaned off for the two of us and they forgot to move the Latte to my self serve area so I could have it too.
On a second visit I ordered in for two a take out from the “You Pick Two” which my wife declared as so yummy and the bread was moist. “The Spicy Take” overall was a different sammy with their pickles and it’s rather expensive for a sandwich for lunch. Luckily it was my wife’s gift card and she’s the one who really enjoys it.

Always fast service at this location. I love their bowls. The chicken teriyaki bowl is my ultimate favorite but the Mediterranean bowl is also great! They give you a nice slice of french baguette on the side. I recommend getting their Panera bread rewards app on the App Store and you can get little incentives and gifts.

Always a great spot to stop for lunch, hangout and get some work done. I was able to order soup, work for a couple hours, refill my drink several times and take advantage of their free wifi.
