Got a You Pick 2: bacon turkey bravo sandwich and a salad for take-out just now. I opened the sandwich when I got home and this is what I received. Part of the bread was missing and the sandwich seems just thrown together. The bacon is also MISSING! That’s why I got this sandwich!!! The sandwich is also extremely soggy. Very disappointed! Giving 3 stars because they at least gave me the right salad.

Always fast service at this location. I love their bowls. The chicken teriyaki bowl is my ultimate favorite but the Mediterranean bowl is also great! They give you a nice slice of french baguette on the side. I recommend getting their Panera bread rewards app on the App Store and you can get little incentives and gifts.

I love eating at this Panera, it’s close to my work so I eat there probably once a week LOL. The staff seems quite friendly, and I appreciate being able to order at kiosks. My orders are usually taken care of very quickly. I docked a star just because they sometimes do get a pickup order wrong, especially if it’s during a rush time, but it happens infrequently enough that it doesnt bother me overmuch. It’s good practice anyway to double check your pickup items before leaving, that’s not unique to Panera.

The French onion soup was so delicious and the Chai Tea Latte also good. Of course the bread was what it should be as per having the translation of breadbasket in the name. The chicken sandwiches are NOT a fully sauced covered chicken but rather a drizzle of sauce, legitimately as pictured in their menus. If your expectations are to have a form of full sauce covered chicken sandwich, this is not the place for that just a FYI.
