I go to this location due to it being where I normally shop but I will try to not go to this location again for awhile. Yesterday I purchased two Asian Sesame Chicken Salads. When I got home, there was no chicken on my salads and only had one dressing cup per salad. These were full salads so I only received half of my dressing. Interestingly, enough on the receipt that they stick to the bag there was no initials or markings to where they do a check on the final product.

Stopped in for breakfast and ordered their *new* black forest ham and egg with a fruit cup. The croissant looked terrible, all smashed and limp, and the $4 fruit cup was only like half full. Certainly false advertising if compared to the pictures in the store! I would have expected better of Panera!

Genuinely thought that my order that was placed was a simple and easy one that, and considering that there were two others that had just gotten a drink and two sandwiches, that I’d get mine in a relatively timely manner.
Nope. Because for some reason, my order fell behind two additional ones that somehow appeared, that instead of prioritizing what orders first came in? Had done those instead.
And I’m already looking at the clock, regretting my decision, because it took over 15 minutes just to prepare: a 4-5 ingredient sandwich, the toast just being three, and two bites. And ALL of it hardly had any taste to it. I seriously question how I was eating something that has sauce, butter, and seasoning to it, and it somehow still ended up tasting like air.
But I guess that’s what you get for having majority of your food items come out of the freezer, shame on me for that.
If I had known better, I would’ve kept going to not risk being late, and had figure something else out instead of here. Because it was not worth the $15.15 for something that I could’ve found with more flavor and substance at a gas station. Not to mention that majority of the staff look like they wanna be there, what with back-of-the-house conversations that you can hear, and general body language that screams that they don’t wish to offer a service.
Here’s my reminder to myself to not bother with this place again.

I did an online order for pick up. I was waiting for about five minutes, past the time my order said it would be ready for pick up. I didn’t get my drink cup until my food order was ready. I would have liked to been able to get my coffee while waiting for my food. I had to open a whole bunch of packets of sugar… I mentioned to the guy behind the counter that they should have simple syrup. (it’s wasteful to open 5 packs of sugar and throw away all that paper). I like my coffee to be drinkable and not scalding hot. I walked over to where the sodas are to get Ice to add to the hot coffee And to my surprise there is a bottle of simple syrup, Sitting next to the soda. luckily, I tasted my coffee before adding ice because it wasn’t even lukewarm! it was so cold it didn’t melt all the sugar packets. I told the person standing behind the counter. That the coffee is cold. He just kept looking at me. It was very awkward and uncomfortable. No one said anything. they just looked at me like I was Not speaking English. I had to pay $3 for coffee that had been sitting so long it got cold in an insulated coffee container. That’s old….I am super glad that I tipped them. Oh, wait- I should have skipped the coffee and the tip.

Blueberry Muffin: Panera is not exactly a go to dessert spot for me. In fact, I only really go when they send me coupons for free bakery items, which brings us to this muffin review. I can’t say I’m the biggest muffin connoisseur (they’re like a boring cupcake!), but from time to time I get a craving. Now, those of you that follow me closely and actually read my reviews know that I’m not a fan of fruit being mixed with dessert (other than some rare banana and blueberry treats), so it may come as a surprise to you that I rather enjoyed this muffin. With desserts I prefer artificial blueberries, but even though I believe these were not, I still enjoyed it. The numerous blueberries didn’t ruin the pleasantly moist texture of the muffin in any way. The exterior of the muffin was dryer than I prefer, but as I previously mentioned, the interior was soft and moist. My biggest complaint is that Panera uses a streusel topping and personally I find that sugar crystals work better.
Not the best blueberry muffin I’ve had, but it is one of the best dessert items I’ve gotten from Panera. Doughboy approved

Food is consistent at Panera. I like the breads and baked treats. Mom likes the salad grain bowls. I wish they still had the unlimited coffee refills. But I understand with the economy that they need to change that policy.

I ordered food Friday evening 10/17. Unfortunately, I got food poisoning !2 days later, I am still sick! I ordered Whole Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt (Bread was felt damp, they also didn’t have the whole grain kind)and Homestyle Chicken Noodle Soup bowl (It was bland and very watery) for dinner. Hubby ordered something different and he didn’t get sick. Just be careful, don’t end up suffering like me.

Avery and Bradley are SUPERB customer service people. I have been a customer for years and recently had an unfortunate experience FOR THE FIRST TIME. Avery told me to come in and I did and Bradley was MORE than gracious – I had to turn down all he offered as the resolution was far greater than the mishap. I hope these gentlemen are appreciated and appropriately rewarded. Thanks so much.
