The teriyaki chicken warm bowl was amazing, and I’ll come back just for that. The charged lemonade are also a delicious new favorite. Unfortunately, an almost perfect meal was marred by the broccoli cheddar mac, which was soupier than their broccoli cheddar soup usually is. Either its meant to be that way – in which case Panera does not know what the consistency of mac and cheese is supposed to be, or it was runnier than it’s supposed be and it should have been obvious to the employees and corrected prior to giving it to us at the drive through.

My Husband & I both enjoy their broccoli cheddar soup with chopped broccoli, shredded carrots, & select seasonings simmered in a velvety smooth cheese sauce. I love that you can order your soup in a bread bowl. Sides include kettle-cooked potato chips, French baguette, Apple, Summer Fruit Cup filled with pineapple, cantaloupe, strawberries, & blueberries. They also offer tomato basil cucumber salad with sliced grape tomatoes, & sliced cucumbers tossed in Greek dressing with fresh basil & sea salt. My Husband enjoys their toasted steak & white cheddar sandwich that includes grass-fed beef, aged white cheddar, pickled red onions, & horseradish sauce on an Artisan Ciabatta bun. I enjoyed their turkey sandwich that includes oven-roasted turkey breast raced without antibiotics, emerald greens, vine-ripened tomatoes, red onions, mayo, spicy mustard, salt & pepper on rustic sourdough bread. My Husband & I also enjoy their lemon drop cookies, kitchen sink cookies, everything bagels, brownies, chive & onion cream cheese, & their drinks.

Awesome Panera. The energy here I’d just great. I’m sure the GM is a great dude. Who is staffed is always a reflection of the managers hiring. And these guys are just genuine and efficient. Always good vibes and a great place to relax and use as a mobile office.

I moved to Janesville 6 months ago and I come to Panera so often that I decided to join the sip club. At least once a week, I come and work remote from here while enjoying tea and a scone for breakfast. Often I will stay for lunch and enjoy a soup in a bread bowl or a soup and half sandwich. The restaurant is always clean and the food is always yummy. The only reason I did not give this Panera 5 stars is because there is an employee here that whistles the same tune as the kitchen timer alarm. This middle aged male employee walks through the dining room frequently (every couple of minutes) whistling the same alarm tune. Whistling is one thing, but whistling the kitchen timer tune? Distracting!

The manager on duty Mike acted as though I was putting him out when I had placed an order online to be delivered nothing arrived it came to them as a rapid pick up. I love Panera bread but that employee definitely needs re-coaching. Now my coworker is out her lunch because of his attitude and not going above and beyond which is what customer service should be about. I would definitely give less than one star if I could. Folks find another place to get your lunch or go pick it up.
