This was my first experience using Panera Rewards and their free delivery offer, and I would not recommend it. I placed my order at 6:23 pm with an estimated delivery of 6:55 pm. Once the driver picked it up, tracking showed he was nearby and had one stop before mine—but over the next hour, we watched him make additional drop-offs and then pick up from two other restaurants.
When I called the restaurant, they told me this happens frequently because their deliveries are fulfilled through DoorDash. The staff member kindly offered vouchers for a future visit, and she said to call back if the order never arrived.
I also called the driver, who explained that DoorDash kept sending him on new runs that popped up after he picked up our food. He started out less than five minutes away, but the order didn’t arrive until 7:20 pm. Both the driver and the restaurant were apologetic, but the system itself is clearly broken. The driver even said he had to skip a drop-off just to finally bring us our order.
Another issue: Panera’s system doesn’t allow you to tip the delivery driver—only the restaurant staff. That might explain why DoorDash orders (even those placed later) seem to get prioritized over Panera Rewards delivery orders.
When the food finally arrived, the soups were lukewarm, the French onion soup was missing croutons, and the banana was both green and already soft/rotting. (Ironically, I added the banana only to meet the $25 minimum for free delivery, even though the Rewards sign-up offer said delivery should be free on orders over $10.) The salads also came with barely any dressing.
Overall, it feels like Panera’s quality and delivery system have really gone downhill. I hope they address these issues, because this experience was extremely disappointing.

Black unidentified crusty flakes of mold or dirt or someone dropped it on the floor and served soup in it. When brought to the attention of the staff they were rudely discussing in earshot that it couldn’t have been mold multiple times when they served this to a pregnant customer. Clearly they do not clean their soup bowl holders well or do not follow proper food safety procedures to serve this. Would not recommend this location at all.

Unfortunately, this location has really gone downhill since they moved. When my husband and I walked in, there was already a gentleman waiting ahead of us. Even though there were several employees in the back and the manager was present, no one acknowledged anyone at the counter or said they’d be right with us. The first customer had been waiting about 10 minutes, and we waited another 5–6 minutes before anyone came out to take orders.
When we finally ordered, our food came out incomplete. They forgot two bags of chips and my side of ranch, and the food came out separately. When I asked about the ranch, the cashier said they didn’t have any, even though my husband had just ordered a bacon ranch sandwich.
The receipt says, “If we mess up, we’ll give you a treat,” but when my husband asked about this after they forgot items from our order, the cashier said they didn’t mess up, they “just forgot the chips.” In my opinion, forgetting items is messing up the order, especially if this had been to-go and we had to drive back.
On top of that, we were asked if we wanted to grab the chips ourselves from the counter instead of the employee doing it. Overall, the service was disorganized, unprofessional, and disappointing. This used to be a good location, but lately the customer service and item availability have been consistently poor

Very dirty in the dining area. Floors are sticky, coffee carafes are filthy, and all tables were dirty and not wiped down. Have you ever seen chunky oatmeal? Me neither. Pass on this place.

Service was awesome, and RJ at the counter helped navigate my orders. The inside was empty and could use more interaction with music , tvs or monitors playing stuff to make more exciting. I ordered the Cibatta Steak sandwich and was awesome, fresh and hit the spot. Close to my work so now a good food spot. Thanks

So I tried to make a Togo order online for 15 mins or so used multiple devices. I was on my way to work I wanted the asiago bacon egg and sandwich. Normally takes while to wait in food so I wanted to get ahead and place my order. It wouldn’t let me order online by the time I was already at drive thru pull up at 10:31 am said they would not make it breakfast was over so I thought ok maybe it’s the egg… They serve asiago bagels all day. They said no do I ask for a toasted asiago bagel a side of bacon and a piece of cheese they said that they could do that for me smh . It’s the same thing besides putting it all together. I told them that I spent over 15 minutes trying to put in my order even tried to call the store still no luck. I understand that breakfast is over at 10:30 but everything I wanted you serve all day besides the egg which I was okay with not having.

Shout out to MARI, she had the best customer service skills, good hospitality, overall great energy! Great experience. Definitely gonna be coming here more frequently again! I haven’t been to this location in nearly a year because I had a very dissatisfying experience previously with very immature, low quality, and unwelcoming staff 10/10

Terrible service. Never use the app. They use it as a suggestion rather than having the order ready. They make you wait 30+ minutes after the order time to get your order (pre ordered hours ago). They always mess up the order. They never have anything on stock. To make things “better” they offer a voucher to buy not stuff at their location. Went would i want to waste my time, money and effort if they will not fulfill an order or have anything in stock. If I could rate 0 I would. Never coming here again. Word of warning, don’t come here unless you want to leave upset and them take your money without giving you everything you paid for.

My sister ordered us 2 pick 2 meals. I got the avocado BLT with cheddar broccoli soup and a baguette. No avocado on my sandwich and no baguette. The sandwich was horribly made looked like whoever made it out threw stuff on there. Terrible service and management. This food is too pricey for you guys to mess up this much. It’s always this location.

The price is reasonable for what you get. They have never disappointed in the past. The bakery items are fresh and the coffee is hot. The have clean bathrooms for when you have to cop a squat. There is plenty of parking which is outdoors so dress appropriately for the weather. There is also outdoor seating available.
